These guys are great, they kept alive our old unit for an extra two years! When it finally died, they installed our new one in a very professional way as well as offered a great warranty.

Worst customer service Iv ever experienced. First he says he's sending someone to come fix my AC at my town home so I waited hours in the heat and he calls back to say the truck broke down and he will send someone the next morning. I understand, it happens.
Iv had some health issues though so I went to a hotel for the night because I get very ill when I'm in the heat for too long and I was starting to feel it but I didn't tell him that because it's not his concern and I understand that car troubles happen. Morning comes and he calls. I say hello and he says "hi" with an irritated tone. We are only on the phone together for less then 40 seconds and he was speaking with such unprofessionalism. He says "will you be there" and I could not understand what he said after that. I said "I'm sorry, what was that?" He then takes a deep breath like I inconvenienced him so much and begins taking to me like I'm an idiot. All I reply is "I don't appreciate the way your talking to me but yes I will be there"
He then raises his voice yelling at me and I was just shocked. I then replied "what did I do?". He continues to yell and says I can forget about it and he's going to call my property management to tell them he's not going to have my AC fixed and that was the end of our conversation.
Property management tried to reason with him and get him to come fix it but he refused. I really don't know what is wrong with this guy, Iv never had anyone talk to me like this before. As you can see in my other reviews I don't give out one stars or complain but if I could I'd give this place zero.
He does not know how to talk to customers or do business. So whether you are a person wanting AC and heating done or you are in property management looking for someone to do business with id highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
On a good note though my AC is working great thanks to MB heating and air in riverside. Mark came quickly after my unpleasant experience and had my place feeling great in no time and was very friendly.

Our air went out durning the recent heat wave. This is a family business. Ray and his crew came out within one day and installed a new system for for a very reasonable price, since they have a very low overhead.. Very professional. Very neat. Cleaned up after themselves. I have referred them to friends and family.

I have worked with Air Temp for several occasions on my rental properties and personal residence. They were very responsive for emergency repairs which tends to be difficult especially when a system stops working during hot weather. I have found them to be honest and affordable working with older systems. I've used them to install 2 new complete systems on different occasions and was very happy with the work they performed.

My husband and I, called ray because he was recommended to use by our realtor It was the best decision we have ever made they did a wonderful job and have very good pricing I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a job we'll done and on a budget.....
