Inventory: this shop, while decent in square footage, does not appear to have the best variety (or, selection) of items.
I realize this lack of selection might be limited to the items that I have an interest in buying. However, in comparison to other similarly-sized shops, I typically do not have an issue with product variety.
Service: staff (I believe I've only been helped by one, perhaps two individuals, at most) has always been friendly and accommodating towards me, showing patience with my constant questions and requests ("Can I see that one? How about that one, too?"). Also, they are fast and efficient with transactions.
Hours: for the local area, where everything seems to shut down by 9:00 PM, the shop's hours of operation more than satisfy the average consumer.
Returns: as with almost all smoke shops, returns are not permissible. However, exchange of produce is allowed under certain conditions, and with a receipt.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

Either avoid buying Elf Bars from this shop or scan the QR code on the box before you buy/leave the store. Report fake ones on the official website. I made the mistake of leaving before I verified it's authenticity
