Thank you miss webley for everything you have done for our class. Your lectures from the end of term 3, to the end of term 4 were memorable and I'll remember these days forever. As the end of our class comes, I will forever be thankful to you as one of the best teachers I've had. - your friend and former student, joshua

Mrs. Webley is truly a blessing to the nursing profession and to every student fortunate enough to learn under her guidance. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she carries herself with grace, compassion, and purpose. Her dedication to her students goes beyond the classroom--she genuinely cares about our success, both academically and personally.
You can tell she's a woman led by faith, and that foundation shines through in how she teaches, mentors, and supports each of us. Her patience, wisdom, and high standards push you to be your best, while her kindness and encouragement make even the hardest days manageable. She don't just teach nursing--she lives it, and she inspires you to walk in excellence with integrity and heart.
Mrs. Webley is more than an instructor--she's a role model, a motivator, and a reminder of what it means to lead with purpose. I'm grateful to have been one of her students.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Meghan B.Corona, CA13245Mar 31, 2025Updated review
After fully completing the Medical Assistant program and being hired immediately after completing externship, I feel as though I can write this review fully knowledgeable about what I have to say.
American Career College will bombard you with emails, calls, text messages, all just from viewing their website. They make you jump through hoops to view any sort of information regarding a specific program, and even then, you have to enter your contact info to learn more.
All of their 5 star reviews are from student ambassadors who are given a task to leave a 5 star review in order to boost their Yelp ratings.
They claim to care about their students, but they only care when they have your money and compliance. They are slow to answer questions, if they even bother answering you, but are incredibly quick in trying to collect payments. They will drag their feet in helping you once you are a student and they've received your money. I have received more texts and calls regarding my one final payment than I have received responses to questions I have asked their staff.
As someone with a Bachelor's degree already, I felt as though the staff targeted me. The director for the Medical Assistant program is condescending, rude, and overall unhelpful. She would target me during dress code checks, asking about my all-leather shoes, meanwhile my classmates would be wearing canvas shoes, or multicolored, non-white, and non-leather shoes. She would nitpick me and send shady announcements afterwards. Student services also offers very little assistance.
The one and only positive thing for me to gain from my experience at ACC was making a connection with my teacher, Ms. Clark. She is a bright and shining light, who genuinely cares about her students. ACC expects teachers to hold their students' hands. It is essentially college. You have to had graduated high school in order to attend here, so that makes you an adult. Teachers should not have to hold their students' hands in order to get them to do their work. Ms. Clark was wonderful and I will miss seeing her and having her guide me. She really put the medical assistant field into perspective, and gave anecdotes for the material we learned.
If you do choose American Career College, advocate for yourself. If you don't get a response from staff, continue to reach out to them respectfully.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Meghan, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are concerned to hear about your experience at ACC-Ontario. Your feedback is invaluable and provides insight on how we can better support the student experience.
We would like to invite you to discuss your experience with our Campus Executive Director directly. Your insights are crucial in helping us understand the areas that may need attention.
We are committed to supporting our students and alumni and would appreciate the opportunity to hear more about your experience and concerns. If you are open to it, please message us at your earliest convenience to set up a meeting. Thank you.Aug 7, 2024Previous reviewAs a student currently enrolled in the Medical Assistant (MA) program, I can say that American Career College - Ontario provides many resources to their students in order for them to succeed. The instructor for my program, Ms. Clark, wants to see her students excel in the course, and is sure not to sugarcoat the field. Some people may make being an MA seem easy, but Ms. Clark always gives the good and bad. She is approachable, and personable, making the class very engaging and easy to follow along.
Those at the Student Resource Center are also always willing to help. As they always say, they'll never know if something is wrong if you don't communicate with them. If you need to delay a payment for your tuition, or have a few questions, they will point you in the right direction.
My experience at ACC - Ontario has been mostly positive thus far! - Ashley P.Los Angeles, CA0515Mar 14, 2025
First let me start off by giving a little back story, for years I've been on the fence regarding going back to school for medical billing due to life struggles. Medical billing and coding is something I've wanted to do for years. I fell in love with the idea when I was on externship for my Medical Assistant Certification after furthering my career from a Certified Nurse Assistant. Medical school wasn't easy, and it shouldn't be easy but having specific learning difficulties my whole life, it was a real uphill battle. So finding a school where I feel welcomed regardless of my learning difficulties wasn't easy until American Career College reached back out to me. They have an amazing staff team to help with any, and all issues that may arise. Even on the weekends if you need help and reach out to someone they will respond at their earliest convenience. Thank you so much ACC staff members and team members.
Now let's dive into my actual class, the dynamics and student teacher interactions are impeccable. My professor Ms. Ninive Martin Del Campo "Ms.Nini" is one of two teachers in my life who has made it a point to go above and beyond for students. Ms.Nini cares deeply about the success of her students, and it shows in her quality of teaching. My professor makes learning fun, we're engaging and interacting with each other regardless of it being an all-online class setting. I look forward to online class days even if I'm struggling with a lesson and want to give up or quit, It's hard to quit when you have someone who won't quit on you. I know all of us students, come from all walks of life, and we have our own struggles and what we deal with day to day, but being in class with everyone and engaging, coming together to work as a team makes learning so much better and fun. Thank you to the ACC team members, staff, classmates, and thank you to my professor Ms. Ninive Martin Del Campo.
Sincerely,

Shoutout to teachers and program administrators for RAD (Shawna, Osmar, Jeff, James, Rose, Bo, Ryan Gonzalez, Dr. Lehman, Trevigne, Berry, & Sanchez) for making the program to excellent standards! Excellent feedback on experiences, help, teaching criteria, and aftercare!

I am currently in the RAD program at ACC and just wanted to show some appreciation for our Psychology professor, Mr. Gonzalez. He brings a thoughtful perspective to psychology that makes the subject especially meaningful. He is very encouraging and supportive and understands college student life. He extends himself to offer assistance where needed and is genuinely invested in our success. I will carry his motto, "strive for progress, not perfection" well beyond his class.

I'm in my last term of the LVN program and I've had plenty of great instructors but one of the instructors that left such a huge impact on my education and career goals is Ms. Murphey. She takes the time to explain concepts and is such a great nurse in the field. She had provided so many resources and displayed the abilities of a nurse I want to be.
Being in a clinical setting with Ms. Murphey was such a great experience and definitely made me interested in wound care.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0
