Last year, I gave Angel of the Wind Casino & Resort a 5-star rating for its excellent hotel accommodations and top-notch service. (I also noted slot bonuses and payouts were rather relaxed.)
This year, my (six) girlfriends and I were delighted with The Angel's extensive remodel and upgrade. The transformation to the hotel and resort were stunning.
Unlike last year, our gaming experience was exciting. Bonus payouts and jackpots came far more frequently, making for an absolutely fun and thrilling visit.
For all who are looking to enjoy a great time with friends and love the rush of slot gaming, Angel of the Wind has something for everyone.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Hi, Kayla. We are delighted that you had a great experience with us. We're sorry to hear that your recent visit didn't come with any major wins. We hope that next time you visit you'll hit a jackpot! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a fantastic review!
Mar 17, 2023Previous reviewOur stay at The Angel was wonderful...rooms were beautiful, service staff was excellent and the food was delish. Collectively, our group of eight rated our experience a 5-Star.
Our only exception was the Casino. We all rated the gambling experience a "Zero." Slots were extremely tight; no matter the game you played. Barely paid on spins; bonuses very, very difficult to get. FYI: Stay away from the "High Limit" room...horrible, horrible.
As a result, we drove 10 minutes (south) to Tulalip and Quil Ceda Creek Casinos the following day. Bottomline: I left with five jackpots (Two @ Tulalip; Three @ Quil Ceda). All but one of my girlfriends claimed they left with more money than they brought into both Casinos. - Bob P.Webster Groves, MO471246122Jul 28, 2024Updated review

Feb 11, 2018Previous reviewFun stop. Great little casino that seems to have it all.
Slots seemed to be hitting fair, craps table looked hot, card tables were not packed, but, enough folks to make it fun. - Dan S.Lynnwood, WA0100Nov 22, 2024

Lunch at Jade Fusion see separate review. I'm still thankful they are non smoking. Place is clean and not that cluttered with dirty cocktail glasses. Self serve Coca Cola machine throughout the cocktail host made a point when I asked for a Diet Coke.
Casino is a casino can't fault for that.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We're delighted to hear that you had a great experience at Jade Fusion, Robert. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Feb 24, 2024Previous reviewCasino is nice and clean and I'm glad they are non smoking. Rooms are nothing special but clean. I do not understand the "resort " term. No gym spa pool.
Jul 17, 2023Previous reviewStayed one night. Front staff delightful. Casino is a casino nothing special but it's 100% smoke free. Self serve beverage stations throughout the floor. Nice variety of machines.
Hotel...not sure why the call it a resort. Rooms nice size bathroom is nice traditional shower and rain shower. Nice tv but limited stations. To rent a movie was $20 way over priced. Would be nice to have smart tvs so you can stream your own services (another casino hotel does). No spa or pool/hot tub so that's why I am confused why they call it a resort.
For a mid size casino they have a great dining options. Asian Fusion is more American style but NO MSG which is a huge plus! Pizza was great. Detroit Pepperoni was perfect. Did an online order it got lost but the found it.
I'll be back most definitely - Feb 4, 2023Updated review
Very tight machines. Giveaways on Wednesday nights of $25 free play and an ice scraper.
Good Asian restaurant.
Good bowling.
Smoke free. Expensive $7 beers unless you're at the 210 Bar Happy Hour.Helpful 41Thanks 1Love this 24Oh no 1Business owner information

Hi Helen!
Make sure to check out the new bar in the non smoking gaming area. We are making improvements to our current parking while under construction as well. We do offer free valet! Thank you for your visit!Aug 15, 2020Previous reviewSad and unreasonably dumb policy of entrance requirements.
Stayed here at the hotel 2 nights ago.
While the accommodations were sufficient, they were certainly not more than that.
Unhappy with the idiocy of their policies: must wait in line in the sun, the line itself snaking through the center of the parking lot. No valet. No quick access to check in. No load zone. No concierge. No doorman or bellhop to assist with luggage. No care or concern for the hotel guest, other than there is a separate line one might access permitting the guest to: Produce ID, get temperature checked, turn to face the camera (inconveniently placed behind them), wait whilst ID is scanned.
Particularly insane: one must endure this process each time one re-enters the building.
SO if you require additional trips to unload your vehicle, you must return to your car (not particularly parked nearby, because there is no parking exclusively for hotel) and struggle with bags (no luggage cart near hotel entrance), get into line once again, and then be stopped for a temperature check, an ID scan, and another picture. Each time.
Subsequent trips to the car are handled exactly so, even though one may have exited the hotel just minutes before to run quick to the car to get something.
Since my Driver's License is an Oregon one, which doesn't scan due to a stick on label), I get treated to an additional indignity of having the Security guard loudly read my name out on the radio, AND birthdate.
Loud enough for the others in line to hear.
This idiotic treatment of guests exactly defines the level of hospitality that this hotel extends to its guests BECAUSE there is really no concern to treat hotel guests as guests. Its more like being booked into the County Jail.
It was easy to observe the distress this created with the infirm and elderly guests, who were forced to manage several pieces of luggage on their own, in the hot sun, after standing in line, with a mask on. With NO access to bellhop or cart.
Really distasteful. We observed one elderly gentleman struggling to catch his breath, under this duress. Really this must be remedied.
More than once we mused how much better off we'd have been at ANY other hotel, or even Motel 6. At least there we could go out to the car and back with no issues.
No room service. Fitness Room is closed. No pool.
In the casino, hookers can be found inside by the North facing doors. This has been a chronic problem here for at least the past 8 months. Security says "There is nothing we can do about it ".
Why not issue bracelets like they do at the concerts and clubs?Jun 15, 2020Previous reviewCould not get in due to Oregon license 'altered' by change of address sticker you get when you move. Oregon doesn't provide a new license, they send you a sticker. So I was refused entry. In spite of my player's card. Really stupid. It took 3 security guards ( one a supervisor) to decide I was too high a risk.
Also they ask that customers look into a facial recognition camera.
I could have produced other ID but I no longer have ANY desire to go...
On the plus side: lots of Tesla charging ports.
Gas pumps dont take cash and no human attendant at the pump.
All in all, very sad experience. We did drive several hundred miles and have been coming here since the 90's!!!
Better this way....Feb 18, 2018Previous reviewThis place is okay, the air quality is acceptable but for the true purists there is now a non-smoking area! It is located somewhere in the center of the casino through two glass doors yes. In the no smoking room, there are cable games and various slot machines. We used to go to enjoy the low-cost Casino snack bar called Katie's Kitchen, But be sure you have your players card when you approach the cashier and place your order otherwise you will not be given the low pricing on the menu board.
A must-try is the Strawberry Shortcake and the salmon and fries. Both of these run a couple of dollars.
The casino is now expanding to the rear, as future plans include the building of a parking structure and a bowling alley. This makes current parking conditions somewhat tight at the front of the casino which also shares its parking lot with the hotel on the premises.
All in all unacceptable stop, and if you wish to gamble try doing so on a Friday or Saturday night as the slots seem to be a little looser then. - Karen S.Seattle, WA010Apr 17, 2024
This review is for Kristin at 210 Brewery.
Kristin is our favorite server. She makes our dining experience the best whenever she is there. She's attentive and works very hard.
She always covers for staff and ended up working a double shift on Easter and didn't get to go home to egg hunt with her daughter. Now that is dedication.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I've been going to angels of the wind for years . Since they added on I haven't been able to win nothing I put thousands of dollars in. They tighten their machines so you can't win nothing. I probably win maybe a thousand bucks every 3 years . And when you get a bonus they don't give you nothing . I've heard of them tightening down their machines and not let anybody win. I went like three times a week just to see and still didn't win for 2 months . This place sucks so if anybody is thinking about going to the angels of the wind I change your mind . Go to the Tulalip or the quill they at least let you play for hours on $20 . And they put out money so you can take something home instead of being broken almost homeless.

This was my first visit to this Casino. They have numerous slot machines and a good sports book. The members of the players club were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the first visit easy to navigate.

Spent the night in a Suite for my birthday. Suite 425.From check in to the check out time the next day every single thing has been top notch! This Suite is good sized with large living room, huge tv,desk area, mini fridge, bar sink, tons of counter space&bathroom. And a large sofa 4 large folks hung out on comfortably.
In a separate private part of the suite there's a king size bed, another huge tv, 2 large comfy chairs, a table, desk space, drawers, storage, an individual toilet room, a huge shower and large double vanity. There's a closet to hang clothes in with an ironing board.
The bedding all smells like bleach and no bed bugs under my uv blacklight! Room service available, valet parking, About $330/night. They gave us free play as well. We were able to check in an hour early. The casino is very clean, the employees were all very nice!
The only downsides were Whiskey Prime Steakhouse wasn't very good and we did hear the ppl above us partying for a bit but they were quiet after 11pm.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1Business owner information
