I was raised to treat your employees at least as well as you do your customers. Be careful what you say! I felt like a pack of wolves cornered me!

We were in search of picture frames. I had never been in a Beall's before and was pleasantly surprised. It was not like the other discount stores I was thinking of. You know the ones, Steinmart, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc. Beall's had a distinctive "mall feel", complete with the perfume counter right by the entrance. I could have done without that, but it was a cut above the typical discount stores, complete with non-discount prices. I might keep it in mind for future visits, but we did not find a suitable picture frame (we did find what we we looking for a Walmart and at Staples).

Go in just to quickly pick something up. I stand in line for 20 minutes. Then they call cashiers to help but they are all over the store. Still standing because the one person they've been waiting on has issues and when you move to another line you wait more. When you waste all your time just to buy one thing and then just leave it there cause you get tired of waiting. Geez

I am really disappointed in this store. I thought Bealls was a nice department store, but when I went shopping there yesterday, I felt like I was in a discount outlet store. It was very disorganized. The clothes were all crammed together on racks with all the styles and sizes mixed up. It was hard to find anything. Heck, Marshall's and Ross were much nicer and organized.

I would give them 5 star but the same people work. The same people stand around. Ignore customers. Management needs to reward those that do. And get rid of the ones who ignore us. We all pay the bills?!

This is by far my favorite place to shop in Granbury. Once you've been shopping there you receive lots of coupons in the mail and after purchases in store. I like to shop online and in the store and always find a great selection of styles for my family. The clothes hold up way better than other retail chains in town.

Bealls Granbury... horrible. I don't know why I even try to shop here. The women's plus size department looks like it ONLY caters to geriatric old grandmas!! There is never more than one cashier open, so if you plan on buying anything you will surely be waiting in a long line. Some of the cashiers as slow as molasses, ESPECIALLY Sally who is a supervisor. After waiting on her to open up a credit card for the customer in front of me she proceeds to try to sell him magazines, fully knowing that the customer behind him has been waiting 10-15 minutes. Very infuriating!! The children's department is lacking also... if you attempt to buy your son athletic wear (like Nike or Adidas) you will have a hard time finding the sizes you need because the boys department is always very picked over. If you are lucky enough to find shorts that are the correct size, you would need to be a lottery winner to find a matching shirt... once again infuriating... save time and money and just shop online!! This is exactly why Amazon takes all of your customers away. If your customer service and selection is not superb, there will be nothing to bring customers into your department store!!!!

Love this store! Great merchandise! Super nice people here too! Found a little bit of everything and unexpected suprises! Boots, fun clothes, cool mini cake pop cookers!

It would be nice if they as many cute things in plus sizes as they do in small sizes, I know other stores like Maurice's has much cuter plus size clothes
