Excellent service from this one waitress. She was the best I had in along time.

The food was yummy yum yum. The appetizer was plentiful and my favorite was the roast pig.

What's up: Here to grab some dim sum to go! They have a separate area from the main restaurant that focuses on BBQ and to go items.

Parking: Since we were early, parking was plentiful. Their lot is shared with the nearby businesses of The Square. When it gets later in the day, parking can be difficult.

Environment: Walking in, you'll see the menu and prices overhead and the towers of Dim Sum behind the display. There's also Chinese BBQ available so if you want to grab a roast duck with your Dim Sum, go for it lol. Line up and tell the staff behind the counter what items you want. They'll ring you up at the end.

Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The food was hot and yummy. The ordering process was quick and we were out in no time. Credit cards are accepted.

I was invited to a birthday party hosted here and they ordered various dishes including stir fry lobster, fried rice, yudugeng soup, roasted duck, walnut shrimp, a typical share platter, and some others.

The one that stood out the most to me was the stir fry lobster. The meat was springy and flavorful from the sauce they stir fried it in. I scooped out all the meat from the shell and then added it to the fried rice. Another notable dish was their soup that had actual crab meat in it too.

Overall, it was like the typical party style chinese food except better than average. I would be willing to come back to this place if another one of those chinese parties are held here again.

Wow! So many dim sum options, I didn't know where to begin! Dim sum is the best when you're with a big group and can order a ton of dishes to share. This place has an awesome lobster special for just $10/lb. You order on a paper menu, and they bring the food right to your table. This is way better than those traditional places where they keep pushing carts around and you end up with a mountain of food without even realizing it! Here, you can carefully plan your order and get exactly what you want.
We arrived around 9:30 am on Christmas Day, and the place was practically empty. Perfect timing! Just be aware that parking might get tricky around noon since it's in a busy plaza. Highly recommend checking this spot out!

I recently stopped by Blooming VIP Restaurant in Rosemead for a weekday dinner, and while the place was pretty empty, I figured I'd give it a shot--after all, you never know where you might find a hidden gem. Unfortunately, this wasn't quite the case.

We ordered the house chicken, lobsters with noodles, and stir-fried crab over rice noodles. The house chicken was the first to arrive, and honestly, it was just okay. But that onion and ginger sauce? Way too salty--thinking about it now still makes me thirsty!

The lobster with noodles was definitely the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and well-cooked. The crab dish, on the other hand, was just so-so. The noodles underneath got soggy, which took away from the overall dish.

I know they have dim sum during the day, but based on this dinner, I'm not exactly eager to rush back and give it a try.

Food is really amazing and very authentic. Fast and kind staffs and the portions are generous. We ordered a lot of food, and I enjoyed everything. Highly recommend any vegetable dishes, and seafood dishes. The restaurant is very spacious and themed well to match with the food they serve.

這間位於 柔似密 Rosemead 正方廣場 The Square 內主打 飲茶點心 Dim Sum 的粵式海鮮酒樓「皇朝盛宴 Blooming VIP Restaurant」，該地點前身就是一間同類型的餐廳，造訪過幾次但沒多大的印象，還沒有機會介紹就來到 2022 年交易後由新業主大手筆重新裝潢，餐廳各處以環狀與超大尺寸 LED 螢幕妝點，富麗堂皇明亮寬敞的用餐環境，也讓人期待超越以往的用餐體驗。

正方廣場在巔峰用餐時間還是一樣不好停車，擁擠的車位與圍繞停車場的鐵欄杆，讓人很難把這裡與造訪高級餐廳聯想在一起，但推開餐廳大門後來自於門口玄關屏風的木雕與水晶吊燈閃爍的亮麗光芒，卻是別有洞天、一番截然不同的景色。

可以容納數百人用餐的寬敞大廳，除了圓柱上的環型 LED螢幕播放著海底世界的奇景，大型螢幕無論是用來舉辦活動或是高歌一曲也都是氣氛滿點。

不同於大廳用餐區的熱鬧，包廂區則是在華利用餐環境中還保有個人隱私，招待親友聚會也很適合。

在粵式海鮮酒樓看到活魚與龍蝦都算普遍的食材，但玻璃水箱中有滿缸的游水珊瑚蝦與帝王蟹，就讓人更加期待海鮮料理的風味。

雖然身處造價不菲的用餐環境，但餐點的價格還算中等，也可能是在通膨後看到高昂的餐點價格後心都已經麻木，但一份龍蝦炒麵的要價確實還算合理。

各種飲茶點心的價格，可以點小圖放大看詳細內容。甜點桂花糕晶透明亮的外觀特別討喜，香氣怡人口感細緻，特別適合配茶一起享用。

浸泡在釉黑醬汁中的雞爪，在雞皮彈性的膠質口感中吃到香香甜甜鹹鹹的醬汁風味，也挺好吃的。

雖然不是推車上現煎出品的蘿蔔糕，但表皮仍有一定的香酥口感，搭配內層綿密的口感，層次豐富。

黑松露的香氣沒有期待中的強烈，但飽滿具有彈性的肉餡仍滿足顧客對於好吃燒賣的期待。松露帶子餃風味也是比想像中清淡的風味。牛肉丸的香氣與口感都不錯，鹹香中透著陳皮的清香，值得推薦。

點用蝦餃就是期待品嚐蝦肉的彈性與鹹鮮風味，這裡的蝦餃表現中規中矩，另外一種韭菜蝦餃則多了韭菜的提味倒也不錯。

龍蝦伊麵算是餐桌上壓軸的要角，雖然龍蝦體積不大，肉質還保有彈性，吸附湯汁鮮美的麵條也蠻好吃的，物有所值。

吃到的餐點與點心水準都相當一致。雖說不上那一道特別讓人印象深刻、唇齒留香，但整體吃來都能讓人感到滿意與滿足，加上對比其它飲茶酒樓更加寬敞明亮、大氣華麗的用餐環境，想要換個口味、換個心情，暫別過於吵雜擁擠的飲茶點心體驗的話，這裡是值得推薦。

無論是鹹香的叉燒包或是香甜的流砂包，在鬆軟的表皮呼應下，吃來是種讓人特別滿意的風味。

雖然排隊等位與喧鬧吵雜環境總是品嚐飲茶點時讓人習以為常的環節，但能夠舒適輕鬆的品嚐美食、不用拉大嗓門就能與友人談天說地、以及沈浸華麗用餐環境中，確實讓本次的用餐體驗更加出色。

The dim sum was very good as we got the har gow, sui mai, and everything with truffle on it The black pepper crab was also yummy but I'd avoid the quail, it wasn't that well seasoned. Service here is very poor and you'll need to ask several times for things but they're friendly. Would def come back for the food

We came for a birthday and got a banquet room. We had 8 tables and around 65 people. They were not staffed enough and cannot accommodate this many. The food was good but we waited two and a half hours before food started coming out. I asked for a lobster cracker and they said there is not enough. The first 3 course came out with 20 min in between each dish, and then the rest came out almost at the same time.
Someone in another room hooked up their microphone to our rooms speakers by mistake and was singing songs like, "Birthday Sex". We had a lot of small children around and was not amused. They were under staffed and we couldn't get water refills. The only reason I'm not rating them less is because the food genuinely was good.

It's an ok place for dim sum.... Other than the steam items the rest area bit cold, and most of the items are a bit too salty. The decoration is definitely fancy. Service is fine.
