This large park off of AZ 95 is shockingly dirty. I'm not ready to fully attribute this to the Parks Department, but rather the people who visit and leave large heaps of garbage strewn throughout the park. During some early morning walks the groggy m*th heads who slept in the park overnight were waking from their slumber which can always be a tad unnerving. However, is you can avoid the broken glass bottles and trash, there is excellent access to the River- although it's just packed with people. Good commercial and public boat/jet ski launch.
The groundscrew was also keeping the grass cut.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Tom B.Henderson, NV3827342516975Jan 18, 2021

This is a very well-maintained park with basketball courts a skateboard park area boat launch picnic tables volleyball courts very nice well-maintained bathrooms. There is a police substation on the park grounds with medical care.
I leave off one star because the place seems to be maintained by prisoners that are riding around on quad runners with no guard anywhere in sightHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - shona m.La Habra, CA5020431Oct 8, 2015
Went at sunset and watched Sun go down behind mountains. Has several picnic cabanas. Has a nice dog park. Located right on the river with views. Would be good for kids, lots of play equipment. River access, swimming would be ok, would wear water shoes, a little rocky. A few homeless, but no problem. A nice boat ramp. Overall beautiful park.
