Expecting only diagnostics on three issues, service advisor Krista connected me with tech Jonathon. His knowledge is second to none. His attention to details is awesome. This team blew away my expectations by completing & fixing all three of my issues.

We bought a 2016 GD Momentum 397TH in March of 2024, Craig was our sales person. It had snow all over the unit and was really clean inside.. the slides were out and everything worked. I specifically asked Craig if there were any previous issues with this unit and was the roof properly sealed and taken care of. He said yes of course. We made the deal! We pulled this camper twice.. well 3 times if you count the pull home... it had extreme frame failure, 1/2" flex that caused major issues and damage.. GD has it up in Indiana and has explained to us that there is moisture in the walls and the floor in the living room slide is rotted from water coming in from the roof .. seals were not completed or take care of. GD has fixed the manufacturer defect and is saying they cannot fix the other issues due to previous damage not caused by the welds breaking. I have spoken with the service rep at Golden CW and was told they do a inspection of every unit before it comes in, well in our campers case, their inspection missed a lot of issues on this camper. We are now without our camper and had only got to use it twice since March of 2024... Do NOT TRUST the salesman there!! We are looking into this issue and will update my review as we go along! Hoping that CW does what is right and fixes our unit so that we can have many years of enjoyment! Also, we purchased the "extended warranty" $6k for a warranty that is useless.. we had issues of the slide not coming in and the auto level system not working... we called the "warranty" and they said they can send a tech out but it would be $200 upfront and if this was deemed not a warranty issue, we would be out the $200... this is ridiculous! I cancelled the warranty. We are shopping around for a better warranty with a more reputable company.

DO NOT GO HERE they only care about screwing you over on a sale! I got an RV from here and after I signed the papers they will not return my phone calls. I then realize after I get home and calling the finance company they got me interest charges more than they sold the RV for. Who does business like this. I was told 13% finance BUT find out it's actually 113% finance. I was also told under the bed was the monitor/NVR for the camera system. The box was empty. I tried calling them and leaving messages but they would not return my call. I went up to the store asking the salesman the monitor was not in the box and he told me" what am I supposed to do about it"!

If I could leave less than one star I would I bought my camper from them just over a year ago and have had nothing but headache and the worst expierience possible... please save yourself the favor of going anywhere other than here, from being lied to about them giving me a extra year of warranty on top of manufacture warranty to them convincing me to spend 6,000$ on a extended warranty that would cover "ANYTHING" that was ever to fail, come to find out when I try to use this warranty a year later it is virtually worthless my worst expierience with any dealership in my entire life

We worked with Sammy and he was great to work with.We purchased our Class C motorhome. It was at the end of the day and we were rushed through the paperwork. I had to go out of town the next day for 1 week. When I returned home, I reviewed the paperwork and found that the price on the contract was $5000 over the agreed upon price. I contacted the manager Scott and he told me he would see what happened. Well, after talking and texting him for a couple of weeks, I talked to the finance guy that we worked with and he said that he would check the issue out. After that I have been GHOSTED by both the finance guy and Scott the manager.
In reading other peoples experiences with Camping World there seems to be a pattern of this type of issue.
Basically, in my opinion anything that comes out of Scotts mouth is UNTRUE!

This is for the parts department. I was so excited to get some supplies for my new camper and needed help. The men behind the desk were dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. They would not explain anything, they wouldn't even look at my pictures to help me understand the diagram that they made me go get and bring back to them. I cannot understand why people working at a camping store were so awful for someone that is excited about camping. Will not EVER give them my business again.

We were prepared to buy a 5th wheel today.
Walked around, no one greeted us. We waited for a bit and we walked around a little longer. We were still never greeted or helped. THis is the most disorganized, terrible RV service provider in the country, you would be out of your mind to do business with these jokers. From the beginning of my service , directed by GEICO to this dealer. The dealer continuosly asked me to pay for items covered directly by Geico. I had to get several management involved, just to have the insurance claim initiated. SO many management issues, that this place i am surprised is still in business. Gina is an awful employee who argued incorrectl with me several times, slowing dowwn everything by weeks. It required me going back to service 3 times to TRY to get the work order corrected. I have been standing by for emergency repairs in Golden colorado for 3 months, and just received a call that parts are 3 months away. THis dealer is such a mess, that i have lost 3 months of use of rv for my business, i have had to fly out to Golden repeatedly just to prevent mistakes, and make no mistake, this dealer does not care at all about the client. I am now reaching out to legal help as the delay of 5 month while traveling, has harmed my business, and the carelessness of this dealer, had i known previously, would have detoured me completely from going to them. They are horrible, they are a OVER BILLING machine, as they tried to get Geico to pay $12,000 for $3600 generator. The aggregious billing had to be disputed, and now i have made zero progress wth this company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT MONEY OR TIME. they are THE WORST rv repair shop i have ever encountered, and most importantly , they do not care about YOU. If i could do less than one star , i would. GOin on to month 4 with no work done, and my service date cancelled less than a week before unit was to go in, as they just discovered that the generator is months out, and this would not have mattered had they ordered parts in a timely manner. PS- Geico identified a unit the same day it was discussed that the part was needed. For this to be goin on 4 months, is a direct reflection of CW. STAY AWAY,

We took our camper in for slide gear replacement, they did that, and also identified a few other things that needed repair . We agreed to the repairs and price . By the way labor cost is $200/hr . Went to pick it up, slide went out and a screw was left from repairs causing a large tear in the linoleum. They kept it and repaired that . Went in for second attempt to pick up. Waited for 2 hours for our camper to be brought to the front lot from the service lot behind the shop . After 2 hours we went to back lot found our trailer checked it out and it was satisfactory. We settled the bill and as they were bringing it to us , they Parked it on a slope outside of the shop failed to put any kind of wheel chock down almost lost the load . Once they saved that....( literally 3 men physically pushing and holding the trailer ) the forklift driver almost took the cable for the trailer brakes with the forklift.
The work and repair was done as it should have been . Pickup was a little on the rough side .... with damages for first pick up needing additional time in the shop and forklift transport driver that may need more experience before being behind the wheel . ....
