Capital One Bank

You cannot get in or out of this bank without walking into someone with the stupid ramp they put at the entrance. I guess they are trying to slow down bank robbers by controlling pedestrian flow, but in the age of Covid-19 you don't want people to walk into you. A rude man insisted on doing so, almost pushing me because he didn't want to wait until I exited. There is only space for one person to walk at a time!

i stopped by this capital one bank as i was in the bronx and needed to make a bank check asap. i like coming to this branch cause i see the same people from the tellers to the bank customer reps. the wait is minimal and i never had an issue with deposits, transactions or other banking needs . i recall once having an issue with a lost check and the gal who i think goes by the name shannon was able to correct the matter with no added fees or penalties .thats what i like , banking with ease.

I will NEVER return to this branch again . The manager made me so uncomfortable. He was staring at my breast the whole time he was talking to me . I never felt so violated. After I finished talking to him about the problem I was having with the ATM , he replied with an Excuse me ? This jerk was so concentrated on my chest that he didn't hear a word I said to him ! I am leaving Capital One after this incident , Taking my business elsewhere .

Eh, I guess this place is okay.

The service has always been just okay, nothing great. There used to be a teller named Miguel that was the BOMB. But, last I heard, they moved him to the Fordham Road location.

The teller line is always long, there is always a wait to see a banker, and the carpet always smells like ASS!

As a business owner I really value my time. I come in and out and have a great relationship with the staff here. We laugh and sometimes cry,(joke). From the teller to my banker I deal with, I really feel welcomed and cherished. I love this branch, but I do miss the coffee!
