Mary B.Massapequa, NY050Aug 29, 2019My husband & I have been banking at this branch for many years and we love this bank. Everyone has always been more than helpful to us. Especially Alyssa who has moved onto another branch. She was wonderful. When we had a problem she was right there to help us.
We miss her! My only complaint is the drive thru has been closed. I wish it would re-open!!!

Terrible experience. Trying to receive my account from my custodian now that i am of age. Receiving misinformation from multiple sources within the bank. Will never bank with capital one again

Ok I never, ever like to complain unless it is necessary. One the manager here is the most nasty and incompetent person I have ever met in my entire life. She should be fired immediately. I understand they are under staffed, but knowing what you are actually talking about when helping out customers might be helpful!
