China King Buffet

This China Buffet was recommended by my mama. I had to come to Indianola today for business anyway so I stopped by here.

I got my buffet at lunch time for a very reasonable price. The all you can eat buffet and a sweet tea was a little over $8. I really liked this China Buffet and yes I will come back. All the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. They kept my sweet tea full at all times.

Some of the food I saw on the buffet were: noodles, brown rice, chicken (many types) fixed different ways, rolls, jello, oranges, pears and peaches.

I don't like this place. I feel like my food wasn't hot enough so next time i come here please make my food hott

Today, September 3, 2019, I ordered General Taos chicken with broccoli. Firstly, the lady on the phone asked me where I wanted to put it...common sense would tell me...in the order. Oh but it gets better, then I picked up my order and there are ONLY TWO broccoli florets in my entire order. It was definitely not worth $6.27 since there wasn't enough broccoli to justify the extra charge for it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I love coming to China King Buffet. They close early on Tuesdays, and I didn't realize it. I showed up about 15 minutes after they were suppose to close with a friend, and, instead of turning us away, they took our orders. The owner is exceptionally kind. While I do love the buffet, I normally order General Tso's Tofu with some Crab Rangoon. The food is delicious; I definitely recommend.

I usually avoid the buffet and order a la carte. Every other week, I ordered the shrimp soup with rice. Great taste and great prices.

Very good food, but get there right after they open. The place has a buffet and buffets are usually gross with everybody sticking their fingers in everything. I usually try to avoid buffet restaurants for fear of catching some horrid disease. But I tried China King only a few minutes after they opened. There were no other people there to contaminate the buffet. It was very good and the staff were nice and attentive. I would go back, if I could get there as they open.
