This is a Great Show! I've talked to people and read some reviews so I have to say I expected the show to be good... it out did my expectations.
I was told (and saw on the reviews) that the food was not up to par, but I wasn't that let down by the food either. Sure it wasn't spectacular, but I thought it was passable. The food was a basic Christmas meal. Soup Appetizer, Turkey, Ham, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and also Mac and Cheese. I thought the Turkey, Green Beans and Potatoes were the best part.
The hour and 15 minute show started with a bang with a floating violinist and closed with a live Nativity. Singers and Dancers were all very talented. My favorite part (or song) was the 12 Days of Christmas mash up. That was really clever.
Maybe, if I did have a let down it would be the price of the drinks... that was pretty outrageous. A specialty drink and an old fashion was about $50. And my wife's drink wasn't even very good. But she got to keep the plastic boot glass it came it! (Eye Roll)
I highly recommend this show. Really brought the Christmas spirit! Well worth the price and a fun Holliday treat.
Skip the drinks, but enjoy the show!Helpful 20Thanks 4Love this 21Oh no 0 - Diane L.Appleton, WI6319534Dec 12, 2024Updated review
This is the 2nd year in a row we have attended this show. It is a spectacular Christmas show with beautiful singing, dancing and costumes. We always enjoy the performance. Dinner is served with the performance. Just ok. Soup is a vegetable purée that has not been cooked long enough to get rid of the flour flavor. Ham is really dry. Mashed potatoes and gravy along with the turkey are ok.

I was on the fence about going to the show because we went to one in the same building three or four years ago and it was horrible. Now they have new owners and the show was fantastic. The food was very good. The service was great. The singing and dancing was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody who is interested!

There are 2 different ways to rate this, show or food. I'm rating the food. I understand that you are serving the masses for a dinner show, but for the included price the food should be edible. For the Christmas show we had vegetable soup, ham, Turkey, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, Mac and cheese, cranberries and green beans. The Turkey was dry, the gravy salty, the ham was not recognizable as ham (both in color and flavor), and though the Mac and cheese was the best of the options, it was so gummy it stuck to the roofs of our mouths like a communion wafer! It was awful. The good thing, it was served warm. For dessert we could pick pie or brownie. We got the brownie and didn't finish it. It was like dead weight, almost like they forgot an ingredient.
We also did try 2 of their specialty drinks. They did taste good. The price however at $17/hr was not worth it. Almost $40 for 2 drinks!
Nothing about this experience was "Merry"!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Akasha P.Blossom Valley, San Jose, CA1286512Nov 10, 2024
Amazing show! We brought my parents, age 70+ and our kids, ages 2-5. We couldn't believe that everyone was engaged the entire time and loved the show. We will definitely be back!

Way better than I expected! Great singing, great dancing, great stage production. The only thing that I would want others to know is to prepare accordingly with the fact that once the show starts the servers stop visiting the table. So you might want to get there when the doors open. Would hate for future guests to get there just before the show starts and not get the service they expect from the wait staff.

Went the first Saturday in December for the lunch show. Parking was good especially for older parents who don't walk as well.
Lobby was themed for Christmas with decorated trees and fireplace. There is also a bar in lobby for those that wish to have a cocktail before show. Picture with Santa as you go in to get seated.
We were able to wait in lobby until we were let in at 11:30.
There is both stairs or an elevator to the top row depending on what is needed. We were able to walk up stairs with no difficulty using the hand rails. For reference we were in K row and top row is L. Seating is a little tight as you are at tables, but not as bad as some dinner and a show that I have been to at other places.
Once we were seated the waiters started to come around to get drink orders and courses shortly after.
We had two waiters, one who brought drinks from the bar that you pay when ordering and a second waiter for soda, coffee, water and brings your courses. It does say it is a four course meal, but actually is only three. You get a soup, then your main meal (family style) turkey, ham, rolls, mashed potatoes with gravy, cranberry sauce and mac and cheese. Then dessert either pumpkin pie or brownie. All was good and bountiful for our group. *Hint I did see what must have been a seasoned show goer as she brought in her own to go containers and filled up on her leftovers from the table. You can eat your meal from the time you are served all the way through the show. However, they stop serving 15 minutes before the show starts so 12:45 for a 1 o'clock show time.
They have announcements about getting up before the performance and walking around or using a bathroom which is in the lobby. As there is no intermission. We were lucky enough to find a unisex bathroom on the row above us from where we were seated row L7 is the area.
The performance started promptly at 1:00 and that is when the waiters stop coming around so make sure you have your beverages filled before that. The show is about 1 hour 15 minutes long.
The performance was filled with wonderful Christmas songs that are for the young and old at heart. Kids loved it, parents loved it and grandparents loved it too! There was the fun side of Christmas with songs for everyone and the nativity scene really gave you the sense of what Christmas is all about.
Do I recommend going to one of their performances? I sure the heck do. You have to check this out and it was mentioned that throughout the year there are many other performances to see. I can't wait to check some of those out as well.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hailey C.West Allis, WI010Dec 15, 2024
Save your money don't go here!! The food is very gross, even if the show was amazing it wouldn't out way the food. The food was marketed as homemade and fresh. That was far from it everything was ether canned or store bought. Soup tasted like raw flour and was served out of a coffee Croft. The ham and turkey was dry and inedible, green beans were canned and just mush, mac & cheese was Velveeta and desert were obviously store bought and all for $90!! The waiter used my knife and used it to scrap more food onto my plate then served the rest of it to another table after my used knife touched it. Besides the cafeteria food the place is beautiful but has the most corny gift store with light up Christmas hats and cowboy hats. If you want bad music, over priced prison food and a cheep gift to remind yourself of your night this is the place.

We saw the Christmas Dinner Show on Black Friday- we absolutely loved it! The show itself is beautiful & long enough so that you feel like you got your money's worth. We actually really enjoyed the food as well- it's all you want to eat & you get Turkey, Gravy, Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Relish, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans (with I believe pieces of ham in it), rolls, a drink and your choice of pumpkin pie or a brownie. We really enjoyed all the food & they give you plenty the first time around & will bring you extras of anything you want. We opted for a brownie since we had pumpkin pie the night before but our brownie was delicious & gooey. I highly recommend this show, it may sound expensive at first but you can an all you can eat delicious meal & a great variety Christmas show. We're looking forward to checking them out again for their next themed show after Christmas (I believe they said it's a Circus themed one in March?) Definitely go if you can =)
