I had my son's first birthday party here and it was awesome. After parties @ our house for the first 6-years, it was time to let the kids loose. The planning was perfect, reservations online was easy and the manager greeted us immediately. Timing was perfect ... between Chuck, food, cake and the events was timed. No rush afterwards and the kids had a great memorable time.

But, I have seen others have it and it's good, if not average. The equipment is always kept up and the tables are maintained. The best time to go is after 7pm. At one point, my kids had the whole place to themselves. Highly recommend for kids to get away and to blow off some steam.

We recently held my son's 4th birthday party here. Overall it was a decent experience. The problem I encountered was when our party left. On our way in they had stamped all of our hands with numbers (only visible with black light). These numbers were apparently checked on the way out to ensure you left with the child/children that you originally entered with. This seemed like a great idea seeing as though the facility was extremely crowded and it would be easy to be separated from your group. When we left, the woman checking the stamps let my 3 year old nephew go with the stranger in front of him. It was only when my brother said, that boy is with me, that she said "oops", sorry. Then it was my husband and son's turn. My husband asked the woman what she was looking for and she said, a number to match your son's. When she shone the black light on their hands there was no visible number, just a smudge, so she said they could just go. My husband became upset so the woman asked my son, "Do you know this man?", pointing to my husband. When my son said, "yes" she let them go. Then what was the point of stamping their hands for this supposed safety measure? It was shocking to see how little she cared what child left with who. Very scary!

Ticket process is terrible. Long lines for prizes. Terrible all around. Pizza was alright. I just feel miserable after going to Chuck E. Cheese. The noise is deafening.

I have to admit, these places have come a long way since my first son as born 16 years ago. I used to always bring him there and they were nasty and just a filthy mess of broken machines and unsanitary practices. This location sits along route 9 in Natick and is fairly new. It used to be the old candlepin bowling alley which closed. It gets pretty crowded on weekend afternoons and the parking lot cannot hold all the cars. Best time is weekend mornings around 10:30-11am. they still adhere to the same practices of stamping everyones hand on the way in with numbers and matching them on the way out which is cool so nothing to worry about. The way these places has changed is they are absolutely immaculate and not one machine was broken. You can visit and just play games or you can order pizza and sit in a reserved booth and watch the same mechanical show that looks similar to years past. Token machines take dollars or the best, credit cards and dispense in $5 amounts. There is still a crawling tunnel but they ditched the ball crawl which was probably smart since germs festered there. The staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful. One side is mostly ticket dispensing games and the other is ride on vehicles and other games. Pretty good size place but if it gets packed it looks like it would shrink pretty fast. I was impressed how much this place has changed.

I had my child's birthday there this past weekend, and although the lady assigned to me went above and beyond the staff in the arcade areas proved to be less than competent of doing their jobs. there were dozens of complaints from within my group alone regarding games, tickets, and besides being told they would be right there and NEVER came, other employees basically ignored them!!!! The place wasn't very clean but given that it is a kid friendly place it was acceptable that everything was sticky. The biggest complaint I had though was that a member of staff witnessed a woman with her young child, harass my 75 yr old grandmother because she was taking too long redeeming tickets, and did nor said anything about it. I am not talking like just being rude I mean over the top swearing and causing a scene in the middle of this area pouring in with children, cursing, empty threats, my poor grandmother telling her to leave her alone and the woman kept going on and on. A complaint was made to another member about the insistent harassment which should have resulted in the police being called and even though the staff assured they would handle it, all they did was simply, shut down one of the ticket counters and move her to the back of the lines that were ridiculously long and winding around the place. I personally was not aware of the extent of the harassment or the lack of anything to be done about it until we had already left, but I will not be going back to this location if not for that single reason then for the ignorance of the staff on the floor. They definitely need to have more people working there specially when the place was packed to begin with and then hosting 4 birthday parties at a time. Not alot of privacy either
