Call and press 0# until it asks if you'd like to report your card stolen. It's prompt #7. It'll take you directly to an agent, and then that agent can transfer you to the right department.

This is a terrible company. I applied to start building my credit, and it was good for a a few months. I used the card a few times, but I have been paying the monthly fee for years now without using it.
The customer service line is useless, it is almost impossible to talk to a human.
Now, I have unauthorized charges on top of the monthly fee and somehow my day of birth has "changed" and they can't access my account...?!! So I can't resolve the issue. Absolutely ridiculous.
I understand that for security they can access the account if I don't provide the correct information. But I have called them multiple times throughout the years and never before they have tell me my DOB is incorrect
It's not like I change my DOB every year

Credit One Bank approved an application for a fraudulent credit card for another individual in my name in Haverhill, Massachusetts without verifying this individual's identity. Credit One Bank approved a credit lime of $1,000.00l This individual charged $939.00 in just two days. I did not apply for a new credit card. I had never heard of Credit One Bank. I live in Texas and have never even been in the state of Massachusetts. I'vw read that individuals who cannot obtain credit cards with other banks due to poor credit are many times approved for a new credit card with Credit One Bank.

Dishonest banking. I received a letter that my account was closed due to late payment . I received a call from a credit one bank representative who told me that if I paid up current my credit card, the card would be re-opened. I agreed to his offer and as soon as I paid the representative and the payment cleared he sent me to another representative who told me my account would not be re opened and that. Credit One would be keeping my payment.
THIS IS THE MOST UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE IVE DEALT WITH AND WILL NE TELLING EVERY ONE I know to avoid this bank.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - The Big K.SoMa, San Francisco, CA060Nov 17, 2024
The letters sent by this organization are quite deceptive since the VISA logo is placed in the "Return Address" part of the envelope....although they are NOT that company. I'd be interested to find out if a "Class Action" suit has been initiated, regarding this deceptive practice.

This corporation is one of the most challenging financial organizations to deal with. They constantly lie and will send out multiple credit cards and yet you only applied for one. Then they stack on $100's in fees without even using the card.
My own fault for giving this place a chance. Thought they would be alright being here local Las Vegas but they are crooks.
They don't follow any governance or adherence to banking policies or regulatory entities. IHelpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cheryl C.Downriver, Riverview, MI0140Oct 30, 2024
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Credit One today. I made a payment for the wrong amount and asked that they cancel the payment and issue a refund to my Chase account. The representative REFUSED TO DO SO. I called Chase and they were happy to issue a stop payment, but I have to pay $30.00 I agreed to the fee and my account will be corrected.
If the rep from Credit One would have been more cooperative and willing to help me, I would not be losing the stop payment fee. I am extremely disappointed with my credit card company.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Raphael L.Salem, MA73057Apr 21, 2024
They are predators to individuals with poor credit who are trying to rebuild . Rates are astronomical and they charge monthly fees regardless of if you use the card or not . DO NOT APPLY ! Go in credit karma and look at others such as capital one that has the same credit rebuilding program .
AGAIN DO NOT APPLY !Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Re H.Los Angeles, CA0161Dec 5, 2024
I guess if you hold a credit card with this bank, you might be okay but I don't. I had to fight with them (their "Operations" group) in Las Vegas just to get MY money out from a CD that was set up with them. They initially denied ever having received my documentation but I sent it Certified and the trail went right to them. One person claimed the check was "too large" for whomever it was who had to sign it. Took over 6 weeks, multiple phone calls, appeals to management, etc. Accounts with 5 other banks were resolved with just providing the appropriate paperwork. I should have looked at their Yelp ratings first....hundreds of 1 star reviews.

Horrible customer service! All calls re-directed as usual out-sourced to another country, South east Asia or Philippines. Fricken tired of poor service. They all give the same scripted answers and no help. No credit card company holds a un-pending transaction for over 10 days!
I Agree with other posts, they lie about everything..
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
