New address: 10451 Mill Run Circle, suite 310.
New insurance, new dentist. I'm glad I came across Dental Partners. They were able to get me in for a cleaning within a week of me calling.
Office is beautiful. Hygienist was gentle and friendly. Dr. Bethea was so kind and pleasant.
Will recommend and return.Helpful 4Thanks 2Love this 3Oh no 0 - 2085381673Sep 18, 20243 check-ins
Very glad to have found this place! Great service and I love the setup of the office. They are located in a business park with a parking garage available at no cost. I appreciate the care they provide and it has me relieved I was able to find an office to help get back on track with my dental care. I've also had a chance to work with the office manager who provided great service and answered any questions I had on my treatment plan. Highly recommend this place for your dental needs!

This is a black owned dental business that I was previously referred to for dental care for my family. I have been there a few things at this point and my experience has been excellent. They are located in Owings Mill in a office building. There is free parking in the garage directly across the street. The office is very clean with modern decor.
They have a black female dentist that screams black girl magic. I believe her name is Dr. Toyin but, don't quote me. My son has had very traumatic past dental experiences and now that he is much older I was able to fully trust them to patiently allow his anxiety to calm down with a stress ball and mom coaching of course to get the job done.
My younger daughter is a trooper at point. She allowed them to clean her teeth with less mom coaching.
The staff has been very friendly and it has been easy to get appointments. They have late evening appointments which works well for busy schedules and I believe some Saturday appointments.
I will be making appointments very soon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ken S.Randallstown, MD1410687Jun 15, 2021Updated review
The best dental office in the Baltimore area! Doctors ( husband and wife team) are more than capable of handling your dental needs with care and expertise. The staff is very polite too.

I have been a patient with them for years. My parents, Myself, My husband and three of our children. We had a very lovely relationship. My mother recently passed and they were very polite to my father when he went in for his appointment. From the office manager to the Dr. Anglin. Last year my 21 year old college student went in to have work done. He was advised it was covered. When he came back this year he was given a $500 bill and told that he had to pay it in 30 days because the service was not covered. The office manager who had been lovely for years was unusually rude and nasty. She told him that if he didn't pay the bill in 30 days it was going to collection. I called to see why a service that they performed was not covered. I initially was put on hold and no one came back. I called back another day and the manager got on the phone. Her attitude was nasty, she spoke quickly, cut me off to not allow me to speak. She was very condescending. I was confused and caught off guard from her attitude because she was always lovely when we spoke. I'm not sure where this attitude even came from since I was just calling to see why the service they performed was not covered. She could not explain that to my son. She told him that it typically is denied because of his age. My question for her was that if this is something that is typically denied why would that not have been explained to him prior to performing the work so that he would be able to either save, make some kind of arrangement or maybe find out what could be done instead of that procedure. She says, "Like I told him if he doesn't pay it in 30days it's going to collections!" He had his service last year 2021 in June. They submitted the claim for the first time in February of this year. It was denied (which she said they do not know why it's denied) and then they appealed it. She said she did not HAVE to appeal anything she could have just sent him the bill. She also said she took off some money on the balance because she was familiar with our family.
When I contacted the insurance company they told me that the service they performed on him was not necessary. Other procedures that they performed were covered in the main service so other procedures were denied because it was covered not covered with that procedure. The insurance company said with this procedure they typically tell providers to get pre-authorizations.
I called back to the Owings Mills office and requested to have information so that my dental information could be released to another doctor. I was advised they would send me that information.
I contacted the office in Towson and spoke to the office manager there who explained everything nicely and was wondering why he wouldn't be put on a payment plan since they just gave him the bill. I wanted to speak to Dr. Anglin to discuss my issues.
I was never given the information to transfer my records and I never received a call back from Dr. Anglin. I contacted the office the other day and they told me a hold was placed on my account but only the office manager knew why so she would call me back. The office manager once again was suppose to call me back and didn't. I called back today and they said a hold was put on my account because of the bill my son received.
My son has an amazing grandfather who decided to take care of the bill for him and when he called to get the amount the "discount" she gave as a "favor" to us was removed.
Needless to say, I never in a million years thought this dentist office would handle this situation as they have.

I have been going to this practice for about 2 years. The entire staff is amazing! I am terrified of dental work, but both Dr. Anglin and Dr. Bethea help to assure me through their work that I'm in good hands. I've had cleanings, fillings, and crowns done here and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else to have this work done. My son also loves coming here as well. They are also amazing with children.

So no one is ever truly head over heels about their dentist or dental office but IF one had to be, they'd definitely be head over heels about this office. This is a family owned business with another location out in the Towson area. The office is always immaculate. Dr. Anglin is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and you will fully understand what your prognosis is, the best way to move forward to better oral health and details of any costs that may be involved. Ive never left feeling there feeling like their recommendations were frivolous or unnecessary. They have social distancing practices in full force including forehead temperature checks. I'd highly recommend this office for all of your general, restorative and cosmetic dental needs, it's sounds a little like a commercial but I promise this dental practice is where you want to be!!

After 12 years of going to Dental Partners of Towson and Owings Mills, I can honestly say that there isn't better dentists in Baltimore County. Practice has grown immensely from the days when it was just the two of them.
Definitely recommend their practice to anyone who lives within Baltimore County.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Larry B.Reisterstown, MD1251Mar 23, 2017First to Review
Dr. Bethea and her staff are hands down the best in the area. The office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and appointments are very easy to schedule, just call and ask for Jennifer and she will handle the rest. They even send text reminders prior to your next appointment! So back to Dr. Bethea, she's very professional and she has a calming demeanor, a must for patients like me! She will also take the time to explain things to you in terms that are easy to understand. Even the hygienists will thoroughly review your dental health with you and if you need a special tool for cleaning they will demonstrate for you how to correctly use the product. I've been coming here for a few years now and I very happy with this office.
