Donatos Pizza

Great pizza, terrible delivery service! Twice we've ordered take out and never received our order. I know they use outside service for delivery but we've been left hanging. We tried to call Donatos for update on our order and NO ONE answers the phone. Not even a courtesy call to let us know no one will be coming or that our order got lost, etc. We're done.

Order two large thin crust pizzas. One with everything and one with hot honey pepperoni. Both tasted great! Only negative was it took almost two hour to get them delivered. I know we ordered at a pe as k time, but when we ordered, we were told it would take one hour.

The service was horrible I was waiting there for 43 minutes and they kept checking at my pizza over and over knowing I was there horrible place to order your pizza

I placed an order at 7:34pm and the app/email said it would be here at 8:15pm.

8:15pm comes and my order wasn't here still so I gave them couple mins before they get here. I left tip so it will get here on time.

I called them at 8:37pm to verify if my order is on the way and the lady who answered the call said that it's on the way.

How would she know if it's on the way if she didn't ask any of my information

I had my fiancé called right after I hanged up 8:40pm and the guy who answered the call said that it's on the way ( 8:43pm )

DONATOS is 7mins away and I didn't get my order till 9:12pm

Customer service at DONATOS at this location are disrespectful, rude and unprofessional for not doing they're job.

Order 12 breadsticks and got 4. Even gave us the three cheeses but somehow they didn't even notice. When we called and complained, they said they would deliver. They called us back and said they wouldn't deliver and we had to come get it. We are only 10 minutes away. Horrible customer service and they have half-brains

Once again this location failed at getting an order right. Stopped placing orders months ago due the quality of the products and service. On this visit not only did they provide the wrong toppings on one of my pizzas someone failed to properly cut the veggies placing oversized chunks of bell peppers and onion my pizzas!

We ordered pizza online(1:13pm) it says it will be delivered 2pm, we call and update at 2:16pm and the lady said its on its way and just need to have other delivery but it will come soon. After an hour later it arrived and the delivery guy makes typical excuses blabla. So when we try the pizza its cold but IT IS REALLY GOOOD!!! I have to reheat it again and it is reallly yummmmmmy!!!!! We finish it in less than 10mins.
Maybe we'll just pick up in store next time. I feel bad about the order online. But the pizza is realllllly good

Always a great pizza!! I got the cauliflower crust works pizza and it was amazing. The toppings were fresh and the sauce and cheese were hot to make a wonderful pizza. One of my favorite pizzas for chain pizza places.

The lady's facial expression is scary, when I asked her do you guys have beef and she said yes but she added sausage, my first and last .

Food was very good. Cauliflower crust pizza is great. The wait time is the only downer. Delivery took over an hour and a half.
