We have been on multiple boat tours from different companies (and some with the same company) and this boat tours was by far the best!! We saw so much sea life, the staff were talkative, friendly and funny! Would 1000% recommend!

This was my 5th time in Oahu. By far the worst snorkeling service ever. Not one single turtle & no sea plants. They took us to a horrible spot & mixed us with people doing slide activities & water sport activities they provide when we paid to be separated from that.
WHY WOULD YOU MIX THOSE TYPE ACTIVITIES TOGETHER? IT'S COMMON SENSE YOU WILL SCARE THE TURLES AWAY ! OF COURSE THERES NOT GOING TO BE ANY TURTLES WITH PEOPKE SPLASHING & JUMPING EVERYWHERE. I understand you're trying to kill two birds with one stone to make your money but it's not cool to mix these 2 activities together & this time I brought my dad with me to Hawaii & I'm devastated that this was our "turtle" experience. & on top of it the masks kept breaking/ flippers were extremely cheap & life jackets were even cheaper! They ride up your private parts & don't even secure you properly whatsoever!
I've heard of e sea diver from previous trips so I thought it was a brand I could trust. HOW WRONG I WAS. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO SEE TURTLES.

What an amazing day!!! Thank you all for making my birthday celebration with my family soo memorable. They did it all snorkeling, sliding down the 20 ft slide, jumping off the trampoline, kayaking paddle boarding all 11 of us had a blast. The crew and captain were fun, friendly and very attentive to every in the water. Thank you again for an amazingly memorable day

I went on the 1.5 hour whale watching cruise. The boat is a little beat up but it doesn't really affect your cruise. The engine is brand new, so there's no worry about it stalling out in the ocean. The staff are really nice, especially the man with the big beard. They have free lemonade and snacks to enjoy while watching the whales. If you are in a wheelchair, the pier is locked off by a fence if you need to leave your wheelchair at the pier, which I have done in the past when I went with them. The boat has a ramp, so they don't have to pick up your wheelchair or scooter and put it on the boat, you can just ride up onto the boat. They charge a $7 pp fee to actually take the cruise, after you paid for the cruise already from Groupon. I don't know what that game is about, but it's gone on for a long time. I suspect it's a way to cheat Groupon out of it's percentage of the sale. Keep in mind although you can buy a Groupon for a whale watching cruise in November, they don't run the cruises then. They only run the cruises in the winter. They also don't run all scheduled cruises - they cancel them if the weather is nasty. So it's possible you won't actually be able to use your Groupon while on vacation. Getting a refund after they cancel a cruise can be a frustrating experience. I think it's because the owners have a language issue. When you get messages from them, sometime it pops up in Korean instead of English. On the signs at their shack, most everything is written in Korean. Assuming you can deal with the uncertainty of actually using your Groupon, it's a good value and good experience. I think they mean well, they just don't have English communication skills like other companies do.

Me and my family booked a tour to see turtles but the day of our tour, it was rainy and the ocean was very choppy. On our way out of the lagoon, we did spot a turtle but once we reached the open seas the boat ride became very bumpy. The crew were very friendly and we were provided with all the ocean gear to keep us safe and to see under water. Due to the water being so choppy the visibility of the ocean floor was very faint. We did not get to see any turtles or fishes. We did enjoy the views of the city from the boat. I purchased this experience from Groupon which made it worth the tour even though we did not see any turtles.

4.5/5. Highly recommend. We all had a lot of fun the whole time we were there. The crew provided water and ice tea, as well as granola bars. All crew members were very friendly.

I'd definitely check the weather conditions before booking (we didn't lol). There was a lot of wind which resulted in strong currents. The crew members had us stay pretty close to the boat (for safety reasons) and at times many of us would bump into each other while we were snorkeling and paddle boarding. Other than that, it was a good time on the boat with the multiple activities they had.

Super fun time and the staff was awesome. Absolutely worth it. My whole family had a blast. Great people and safe, fun environment. Make sure to bring snacks and drinks!
