Escape Room Zone Canton

This was a very good escape room and we enjoyed it a lot! We thought the theming was good and fun, and a good amount of spooky.

My partner and I came here on a Friday night and did the witching hour. It was a fairly busy location but clean with friendly staff.

The room was pretty hard but doable with two people. We escaped with only a few mins left though and we used 3 hints!

Our game master did give some hints without us asking a couple times which isn't a big deal but I do try to do it with the least amount of hints as possible so I don't feel like we really did it with only three.

There is one gender neutral bathroom that was decently clean (before 7 teen boys used it ). Location is good with lots of parking and other activities next door.

We did the Pirate's Curse room. Overall, puzzles were good and the decor was nice. One issue was that we weren't clear that we needed to call our game master in order to progress. The walkie talkie reception wasn't great even when turned all the way up. What I've seen in other escape rooms is a speaker/microphone system that the players can use to communicate with the game master.

Bathroom needed upkeep and maintenance. Toilet was leaking water all over the floor and it smelled like sewage.

There's nothing negative to say! We had a fantastic time! It was our first time going to an escape room and it won't be our last! We'll definitely be back to this location. If you are looking for a fun time on a budget, I sincerely recommend trying them out! We love zapzone and go to the arcade pretty regularly. Every employee we interacted with, on the phone and in person, were so friendly and informative. Tim was our escape room friend and they were so amazing! If you read this Tim, you rock!!!

This is a tiny business next to a large laser tag and mini golf place located in a strip mall. There's plenty of parking and I was a bit skeptical at first glance. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There were board games to play in the lobby, probably for those who solve their escape room before friends. Sign the waiver before hand, but if you forget, they include QR codes to quickly fill it out with your phone. My sister had a newborn with her and they were kind enough to ensure that if she needed to use the bathroom or step out, they'd let her back in. Also, for safety, our entrance door wasn't actually locked, another bonus point for them!
We played a casino style room and we're allowed three clues. Unlike most other escape rooms, the accessories in the room where specially made for this purpose and everything was very interactive. The setting was clearly thought out; it didn't feel like you walked into a closet with a few locked cases and some props. There were also multiple rooms as part of the escape room.
Overall, we escaped literally in the last minute. It's a decent escape room for the price and one of two escape room businesses within a 20 mile radius I would recommend. We had a lot of fun!

First time doing an escape room and had a lot of fun! We did the Witching Hour room. Was much more technologically savvy than we expected, which impressed us. The clues were just the right level of helpful without giving too much away. It was very hard! Not sure if I would have gotten it without clues/having five other people with me, but if it had been easy I wouldn't have felt like I was getting my money's worth. If you want to be truly challenged this is a good option. The jump scares were fun and kept us on our toes. The people working there were very nice as well. Would definitely return!
One point of constructive criticism - I usually associate escape rooms with the cheesy photo at the end. While again, super cheesy, I'd have loved to have that option to remember the day by :)

This was my first escape room experience, and it was awesome. I did the "witching hour" room with a friend, and we didn't complete the escape haha. The puzzles were impressively tricky, but just tricky enough that you could figure it out with enough time (and maybe a hint from the employee, via walkie-talkie).

I enjoyed doing the pirate theme escape room. The scenery was done very well and the clues/props were great. Some were easy and some were difficult but everything flowed together. The only thing was we didn't know if we had won or not at the end and just walked out. We escaped with 5 mins left!

Fantastic theme!!! A room offering an immersive experience. Fun technically challenging puzzles and interesting props.

This was amazing! We had such a great time here! The staff was great and ran an amazing experience! Recommend this Pirate's Curse to any group who wants to have a good time and have fun! Thanks, again for the great night out!

I'll start by saying that this is my 2nd escape room. I wasn't a big fan of this one. Maybe it was the 'interactive' portion that threw me off but some things seemed to have no rhyme or reason for it being a part of the puzzle. We did escape, however it should have been more obvious, like actually having an exit door, not just the 'gamemaster' coming into the room.
