Long line at lunchtime in Irvine, but the service is worth it! The staff went above and beyond to spray and clean the bird mess off my car, which was super appreciated. For $19.99, my car came out spotless, and the unlimited wash package is a great deal. Definitely recommend!

Multiple lanes, but gets very crowded at peak times.

This was probably the most crowded we've ever seen for a car wash. The lines took forever and were getting so long that it was getting difficult for cars to get through to the other side of the plaza. They obviously can't do anything about it, but they should definitely have cones or some time of barrier to help organize the lines better.

It was also dark when we went yet the lights for vacuuming still didn't go on which made it difficult to vacuum. The machine for members was also not working, but the worker was very helpful and nice.

Will definitely stop by again at a different time.

It did an "OK" job cleaning the exterior but it's not a wash I would come back to for the following reasons:

1. The tunnel is too short and quick--it's a quick gas station car wash masquerading as a real car wash.
2. The brushes were worn and not clean.
3. Not enough soap.
4. It ran the car through too quickly.
5. I waited a long time on the weekend because the members have their own separate line and go first into the same tunnel. Picture going out to a bar and waiting on line outside watching everyone with connections for 30 minutes just walk up and go in via a separate line and the bouncer every so often lets folks on your line in.

The self-vacuum stations had adequate suction to clean the inside and there were enough stations that you did not have to wait. After you vacuum you can pull off into the parking lot and detail your car.

There are better car washes for the price in the area.

Visited after 8am on Friday.
When I was done with the car wash, there was a car in front of me waiting to park for the vacuum.
He wouldn't move so I had to honk.
There was nobody to control the traffic or make sure the other drivers leave after 5 minute vacuum time.

The car before me moved but blocked me to park on the edge of the vacuuming side to use at least a vacuum on one side.
There were other cars coming after me and I had to move out of the area.

I had to wipe down my wet car out of the premise.
After I was done, I went back to the payment booth and explained the situation, the guy only told me I could come back to vacuum later.
I don't have time to go back only for the vacuum.
Not satisfied at all.

Went back to get a recording of what I meant by saying the car wash did nothing to the right side of my vehicle. See attached video. Good day! I said good day!

Mehhh. For me this was a wash that isn't great and not horrible.

Even though the lines are long, it does move quickly but likely there won't be a vacuum spot after your wash. Every time I've been there, the vacuum spots are full.

This is my favorite car wash place in Irvine (the closest thing you'll get to soapy joes). They have very yummy air freshners like lemon and coconut creme and the workers are all so kind. You pay for the kind of wash you want and then there are designated spots to vacuum after you go through the wash. Do be warned it can get really busy on weekends and when you exit the wash, you won't have a place to vacuum and you can't just stop, you have to keep going and leave without vaccuum. I wish they would create a better system so that vacuuming was guaranteed when you go through the wash (you can't leave and come back just for vacuuming). Other than that, I love the place!

Got some scratches on my car's body and not clean enough even with gold package... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I like this this carwash, but I feel like sometimes when it gets busy, they give the wrong wash to cars. I bought a Platinum wash, and after the previous car went in, I saw the display flash on the Gold wash, so I thought it was for the car before me. When my car started to go in, the display flashed again, but stayed at Gold wash, and it was too late for me to say anything to the worker. After I went out the other side, didn't think it was worth the $2 difference to go all the way back around and flag someone about it, especially when they're so busy.....but definitely need a better system to keep track of these things.

I am so happy that they put this in here. I always hate getting my car washed because it takes time waiting. This way you just drive through the tunnel quickly in and out and you can vacuum yourself so it better be a five-star review since I'm doing the cleaning inside and wiping down the outside myself. It's fast and quick and just what I was looking for with my busy schedule. I was reluctant about buying the membership but it's such a great value that I decided to go for it. Now my car gets a weekly bath.
