Never. Unlike 90% of rv parks these folks require 100% payment up front. Found out why. If you have an issue and have to cancel less than 30 days in advance they keep half. Rip off doesn't even cover it. Been full timing for over 5 years and never had something like this. Buyer beware.

Worse RV Park Ever!!! Advertise on their website that their Premium Lots have concrete parking and patios. When we got there we were given a lot with concrete patio and dirt/sand parking. When I went back to office and explained that we paid for a premium lot with concrete parking and patio, the first the I was told by the desk clerk was if I didn't like it I could leave. When I spoke to the manger he informed me that was premium parking. When I showed him his website that said premium lots have concrete parking and patio he said.... I didn't write the website. What do you want me to do, wave a magic wand. No, I would like you to tell the truth in advertising on your website. So, I would not believe one thing their website says until that manager is given his magic wand!!!! We left because all a
Our jacks did were sick in the sand/dirt. They couldn't level. Save yourself the aggravation and dealing with awful people.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kerri M.Fleming Island, FL035Jul 31, 2021
ZERO STARS! We stayed at one of the lodges. It was disgusting. Tried to get a refund but they would not give me one. Had an excuse for every photo I showed them. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.

We called ahead at 9:30 AM on a Saturday to get our boat put in the water. We were told it could not be put in till 1 PM. Also recently we called to have the boat put in the water from the dry dock , and were told the lift was not working and that we could not go out at all that day. This is getting More than a little irritating!

Do NOT stay here..... staff has no idea what's going on. And the manager rusty takes NO responsibility for his untrained and Unknowledgeable staff. He sits in his office eating while is staff struggles to take care of long lines and he clearly can see (his office only feet from front desk) and hear the frustration in the poor old women trying to help everyone while he just sits watching TV and snacking. (Long story) IN addition to other issues we had, we also sunk in a sand sink hole. Wasted 2 days of our vacation trying to get out, and almost turning over our rig. Manager Rusty still made us pay for our stay and mentioned we should pay for the damage to his property. Really!???
FYI - towing out of sand is $400 and Not their responsibility.
Very sad because this place could be nice if they concrete the sand pits, get rid of the worthless and heartless Rusty and get the hot tub working.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bruce F.Howey-in-the-Hills, FL10811Sep 20, 2019
Terrible customer service. Was going to use a boat slip and prepaid after asking about cancelation fees. Was told there would be none. I think they said that because I really wanted dry storage and none was available so I was put on a list. Later never having used the facility or taken my boat there I changed my mind, this was the same day. I just figured I'd wait on dry storage. So then they charge my card 50 bucks. Manager says it will cover processing. Wow, I'd be looking for a new processor. The couple bucks it costs if that would have easily been covered on the dry storage. Instead completely lost a customer. I would never recommend doing business with anyone like this

Motel review only. I attended a wedding at the near Mission Inn, but having booked too late the hotel was sold out. Fisherman's Cove just 5 minutes away saved the day. For a basic motel room, my expectations were exceeded. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, there was a flat screen TV, and a nice screened in porch was in the back. While I loved the vintage 60s pink tile in the bathroom, it was a bit odd there was no door to the bathroom (just a curtain); fortunately the bathroom fan is loud and blocks out any bodily noises from a nearby spouse. Soap and surprisingly soft towels were were provided; shampoo was not. A decent diner and a Circle-K are a 5 minute drive away.

We recently stayed at Fishermans Cove. Normally I don't post on yelp unless I'm happy about a visit but today I must post because our visit was unbelievably bad and don't want anyone else to end up in the same situation. First, though we had made reservation over three weeks in advance, we were told we didn't have a campsite. AFter many minutes the clerk "found" us a place. When we backed in we sunk in the sand and had to be towed out two hours later by a commercial towing service. In the meantime one of our friends told us he had been given the same site the previous day and once he started sinking was able to get out before getting stuck. amazingly the clerk was able to locate another empty site for us however it was quite a distance from the group we were rallying with. Once we moved to the other site the park brought in a tractor and swept I190 and deemed it useable. REally?? We stayed 5 nights and finally after checking our coach, finding no damage, and cooling off my husband returned to the office to speak with someone in charge. THe clerk told him we would receive a call from Rusty today. IT is 10pm and there has been no contact. Fishermans Cove has a lovely setting, overlooking a golf course and a lake but lacks customer service and camp sites that are not safe. Unfortunately we will not return to this campground.

We have be camping for a while and this is by far the worst campground we have ever been in. The staff is anything but helpful and they have no clue what is going on in their own park. The sites are a variety including concrete, rock and sand sites. As if their lack of concern wasn't bad enough they assigned us, with an 18 ton RV, to what turned out to be a sand site. It was hard enough that when I walked on it, it seemed okay, but by the time I backed the 18 ton RV into the site, and by the way the site boundaries were not defined in any way, my back tires began sank into the sandy soil. There is no question they have a variety of sites, but they knew and didn't care or should have known that this particular site would not support an 18 ton RV. I had to be winched out. No question Fisherman's Cove has a beautiful view overlooking a golf course and a lake, but it seriously lacks customer service and some of the camp sites are not safe for heavier RV's. They get the vote for being the worst campground I've experienced to date and I highly recommend staying anywhere else, such as a Walmart, where the staff cares.
