It is really messy and the candy was so gross and I don't recommend getting the freeze dried candy from there

A store located in Reno attempting to compete with Dollar Tree, 99c store, Family Dollar and all the rest. Customer scans, bags and handles all transactions on their own. Only mediocre store and items even less than mediocre

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This store is crowded every day and constantly filled with other rude customers. The employees themselves are great, but I have seen an older lady who I assume to be the boss yelling at them before which took the rest of the fun out of the store itself since I now know that when I'm not being squished between people, the employees themselves are miserable too with how they are treated. Then we can discuss the overall look of the store. This store has grimy old floors pitted with holes and the aisles are way too tight for more than a few people to fit through. If you want a pleasant experience, I recommend one of their other locations or even just Walmart since they usually have cheaper prices for the same items anyway.

This store has no consideration for bathroom emergencies. My daughter is two years old and is fully potty trained. She needed to use the bathroom and they refused to let her use the bathroom. So they rather have her soil herself, than let a little girl use the bathroom. Way to go on customer service.

Fun little store with great customer service. All sales are final, but when I went in with a problem with the sizing on a t-shirt they kindly allowed me to exchange it. Not only for size but for style as well.

Both the cashier and the manager that handled my exchange were very pleasant and friendly (even though the store was packed -- no one acted like I was a pain in the butt).

Great prices for DVDs and electronic peripherals. Also a great location to buy toys to donate for homes and Toys for Tots - bigger bang for your buck. Lines can take a little longer than necessary, at least that is how it feels sometimes. Most stores only have four registers and some days the place can be hoppin'.

Love this store!! Great friendly customer service. Lines move quickly and just an overall great experience!!! Lots of cool stuff for my cell and my kids can spend their allowance here and not break the budget!!
