This was a fun little nature center that we visited while we were in Florence. My kids didn't really like it because it was just all walking trails in nature no playgrounds and things so they got kind of tired of walking which I understood this is like the fifth park we visit while we were there that day but overall very pretty scenery and nice to check out

I was disappointed with this park- the gazebo was gone in place of a building being constructed, I think it will be an event center. There's not a lot going on with this park except for a very short walking trail. I think it's more like an unregistered dog walking trail/park since I saw dogs and their owners staying for a very short time to do their business. The bridge was close too, I hope they will plant more trees and vegetation to attest to its name- Florence Nature Park.

I know this will look better once summer's here.

We used the Nature Park Event Center for my daughter's rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and wedding. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. Victoria did an excellent job keeping everything organized and on track, which in turn, helped keep the Bride's nerves calmed. Thank you for such a wonderful experience for such a memorable day!

I recently attended a staff retreat at the lodge in Florence Nature Park. The grounds are very pretty and well kept, with a lot of nice paths for walking or running. The lodge has a nice kitchen area, and has high ceilings and lots of windows. I like the stone animals outside the lodge (I've been told they used to be in a play area in the Florence Mall!). This is a nice place for a meeting if you are trying to have a get-away feel (there is no wi-fi though), and could be nice for a small, casual wedding.
