Food4Less

I've been shopping here on and off since 2013. I don't even live in the area but the prices are so good I go out of my way to stop here when I'm around. I went to the mall before and had some fashion q CLOTHING bags with me. The security told me I had to leave my bags at the front unattended for anyone to grab and steal my clothes. I explained they don't sell clothes and I'd be happy to show him the bags when I left but I'm not leaving my clothes then I spoke to the manager who told me it's their store policy which was a total lie because I was just here last Tuesday and brought my fashion nova bags in no problem. Don't shop at this store they treat their customers like criminals.

Updating that I contacted corporate and they informed me that the store should be allowing me in with my bags. They issued me a credit and told me to call them if management tries this again.

The last few days I went here and they didn't have mojo potatoes the employees don't know where any thing is plus half the employees don't speak English very frustrating

i keep telling the truth...even when you think im lying to you .....but the truth does hurt ....homeless people around ....asking for money ....smells very bad...like piss. around.......now this is not going to change

since 1972 living in panorama city.......

Waited in line 4 one hour to buy fruits! Bananas! No one come to this location! Manager was no where to be found and all employees said they informed the mgr of the long lines and nothing!

The worst. 2 lanes open on a Sat at 12:30. 2 express lanes with full carts.
Other employees waking around talking or doing a whole lot of nothing.

I come in here all the time and I decided to bring my 2 puppies one is serviced and the other is for emotional needs. I place them in the cart and put blankets . As I'm shopping in the aisles the manager walks towards me and tells me in a rude tone " you need to leave!" I was so confused . I asked why? She said ALOT of people told her my dogs were peeing everywhere. I checked my blankets , they were completely dried!!I said there can't be my dogs. She says YES there the only ones!!!! Mind you if they did I would clean it up in a heart beat . I asked her for her name Vanessa AND HER BOSSES NUMBER and the uneducated manager tells me to Google THE NUMBER. I'm calling cooperate tmrw. I've never been so embarrassed and offended. My dogs are my life . Anyone talk about them and I'm going ALL THE WAY . BUT THE POINT IS , SHE HAS NO BUSINESS Working AS A MANAGER HERE. SHE NEEDS TO BE A MANAGER AT DOLLAR TREE.

Hice mis compras ayer y agarré gerber para mi bebé y un café instantáneo el gerber estaba ya descompuesto iba a dárselo a mi bebé el mismo día que lo compré y luego la siguiente mañana que hacía mi café vi que ya estaba abierto en tiempos de pandemia y cero calidad e higiene en este lugar

I come here because the prices are better than other grocery stores. However, it seems that no matter the time, there's only one or two cashiers and a long line from the entrance allllll the way to the meat deli in the back. The cashiers do the best they can but it's not fair to customers or the cashiers to have one or two operating the line.

Love the prices, produce and meat selections. My usual go-to, first stop in our area so blessed with many options. Love FOOD4LESS!!!

This store is so very poorly managed that it's painful to shop here. I've timed my trips in this store and found that it takes less time to drive to van nuys to go to Ralph's for one or two items than to wait in the massive lines at food for less. And if you think it's cheaper than Ralph's, look again. They are both owned by Kroger and offer the same dairy etc for the same price. Because of the Ralph's club though, you can often get staples for less at Ralph's. Save yourself the head ache. There is just never a time I don't regret going to Food 4 Less even though it's in walking distance.
