Fuji Steak House

Fiji Steakhouse is always a fantastic experience! We arrived early for dinner and were immediately greeted and seated at the hibachi center. The service was amazing and entertaining as always--our chef kept us laughing and engaged throughout the meal.

The food was fantastic--hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The ambiance and decor are beautifully done, creating the perfect atmosphere for a fun and memorable meal. Everyone on staff was super friendly, adding to the overall experience.

It's such a great way to spend an evening with family, enjoying dinner and a show all in one. Highly recommend Fiji Steakhouse for a special night out or just a great meal with loved ones!

When food and service don't shine, it's hard to want to come back.

As a group of 8, we stopped in for lunch. As the restaurant was quite empty, we were promptly seated at a Hibachi Grill table. We hadn't asked for this but it worked out well. About half of the people had the Hibachi Grill and half ordered off of the menu.

I personally ordered off of the menu and selected the Teriyaki Steak Lunch Bento Box.

Throughout the meal, it was apparent that there was either a communication gap or rather a poor server. Throughout the meal, many things were forgotten or missed completely. People missing rice and the Hibachi Grill orders were incorrectly put in. So when the Hibachi "show" was over, several people were left wondering where half of their food was. This was then brought to them after the fact, once the mistake was pointed out. It was quite obvious that the Hibachi Grill Chef was not pleased with the Server about this.

My Lunch Bento Box was lacking in every way. I understand fully that you get what you pay for. You're not expecting a 5-Star lunch here. But, I did expect better. The rice was lukewarm and gummy. The steak was void of flavor and very chewy. The addition of the teriyaki sauce did little to help the steak as it was thin and also quite flavorless. The tempura items within the box were cold and rubbery. Even down to the Diet Pepsi I ordered tasted off.

Would I go back? Most definitely not, unfortunately. As I don't get any joy in writing bad reviews, this one was just hard to muster up any positive notes or even to call it "just a bad day". Too much on too many different levels went wrong. I can't imagine it getting much better. The staff was nice as was the decor of the standard restaurant area. As for our experience, every aspect was lacking.

I don't know what's up with the bad reviews. The food was delicious. My roll was so good, which I was surprised. Habachi was the tits. My server was super sweet! I personally recommend coming over to try. I found it worth my money more so then going to cheddars.

Eel cucumber roll and Tuna nigiri- nice and very tasty
Teriyaki Chicken- pretty but ok taste
Miso soup- inedible way too much dashi
Dumplings- ok taste like the ones we have frozen

super disappointed. we called ahead to express it was for a birthday. we came in with balloons and cake and even told our server and the cook it was her birthday. they never acknowledged it let alone sing to her. we barely saw our server, never got checked on, didn't remove the salad soup bowls we had to stack them on the corner. my cup had a crack in in because it leaked all over the table and I had to use everyone's one napkin to soak it up, i had to ask another tables server for a different cup but never got it. I shouldn't be surprised he showed up to give us the bill after everyone standing up and looking around because it had been awhile. I had to go ask for boxes and a bag. service was awful food was just ok nothing as special as I remember it being 3 months ago. won't be celebrating any birthdays or going for a simple fun dinner here anymore

Okay place. The waiter said there was problem with water so they recommend not to get water or green tea. I figure that would be a warning sign. We were hungry and many things were closed in the area. Not sure why. So we stayed. Got yaki soba and katu don. Both cane out alright. They also gave us one miso soup, I was sure which dish. Unlikely I would return again. Service was the best part. Food was okay, at least it did not make me sick.

From check in to paying the bill everything was a great experience. 1st time in and we will be back frequently

Good drinks, great service, very entertaining, food is amazing I get the filet and shrimp every time. I love this place for birthdays

Portions are really inconsistent here. They gave me like 8 pieces of well done steak while this little kid got double the amount I got. Then the hibachi chef, just scoffed at me and told me to complain to the manager if I don't like it. Ok cool.

Plus the food wasn't very good and I ended up getting my steak medium well instead of medium. Soup tasted like pure salt, the steak wasn't seasoned and the fried rice just tasted like soy sauce and butter - very one note. I'm sure it could be better if they hired better hibachi chefs. Or at least had better marinades or sauces to cook the food.

Was early for my dinner party politely asked for a beer while I was waiting. The manager told me he did not have time he made several drinks behind the bar while I was waiting.
