Glenside Nails

I love the look and feel of the newer space. They have been in the new building a few doors down from their last location for I believe a year now.

The place is brighter and the staff is still friendly and welcoming.

I received a manicure and pedicure but feel like I missed out on a few steps. So the pedicure felt like it was 10 minutes versus the typical 20+ minutes. I was in my phone so this is my fault for not paying attention. I was patronizing a nearby by mail salon but opted to return to Glenside this time to check out the newer space. The other salon would file the dead skin off my feet, brush the toes, and then proceed to clean the toenail area. I did not feel any of that occur.

So when it came time to get my nails done, I was focused. The technician missed the hot towel on the hands before adding lotion to wrap up my service so now I truly feel a few steps were missed during the pedicure process.

I will return and next time pay attention to each step that is typically included in the service because the heels of my feet don't feel as soft as they typically do after a pedicure.

I walked in for a pedicure without an appointment. They seemed busy for a Friday and I thought I had to wait longer but I only had to wait 10 minutes. The pedicure took only 20 minutes and I enjoyed every minute of it! They work efficiently and do not waste your time. I recommend this place to everyone especially if you're looking for fast service. All the ladies were nice and they were very respectful. Best place for pedicures it was just $28 for regular polish and $38 for gel polish. Thank you so much!

I came here last minute after I needed my nails. I love that they answered the phone because I headed straight over. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails but she was the first person on the left. She was so pleasant! Also I like my nails extremely pointy and she was able to get the perfect shape so yes yes shout out to her. Very satisfied with my nails. Also got a gel pedicure here and again a great experience. This was great experience and I'll definitely come back again. Place is clean, employees are super nice! It also was a warm environment- a ton of people there knew staff by name so showed that they have great custom service and a great rapport with the area!

I figured I would try a new local spot. BIG MISTAKE!! I booked an appointment for 3 @ 12:30 for mani/Pedi. I did not get seated til after 1. The service was no where near as good as I get at my regular spot. The 3rd member of our party was seated at 1 with the rest of us, but her service did not start till after 145. If I could it would be ZERO stars.

My daughter & i didn't have an appointment (first time here) so we waited approximately 1/2 hour & it was well worth it! Beautiful new looking salon with 10 pedi stations & numerous mani stations. It's bright & cheerful & everyone is super nice! Thanks again Julie!

I'm not typically the one to complain about a service. But I've had such a bad experience when coming to Glenside nails. Maybe it's due to the fact that I keep getting Tracy but my nails have never been so weak. I have never in my life needed acrylic nails but I was forced to get 2 after 2 of my nails snapped (while wearing gel) to where I had to size them to the rest of my nails.
Now an entire week later. All my nails have broken, snapped, chipped (regular polish). My nails have never been in such bad shape. I've been getting gel for years at my regular, but because this was near my school I switched. I have had gel for 4 months at a time and afterwards my nails were never this bad that they ALL SNAPPED. Would not recommend.

Bare minimum for normal manicure price. No lotion, no massage, girl was on her phone the whole time during manicure.

I had my nails done before I went away on vacation, I had a dip. The top coat was off my first day so I had dull nails came home explained what happened and asked her to remove them. My nails are still ruined from using file to take them off. She filed the nail down and now they are uneven. Owner offered me another manicure for free, No Way!!!!!

My girlfriend and I came in upon her recommendation, this place did not disappoint! The staff are very friendly and make sure you have a good time! Lan was my nail specialist, and she took very good care of my nails that were very broken and fragile from my last set of nails. I opted for a simple gel manicure but I was very impressed with the price ($23) and quality! Will definitely be back, and encourage anyone else to do the same!
