RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Been going there for about 6 months...never needing more than a light trim so seemed reasonable, close by and cost-efficient. Only one bad experience with a hair cut trainee (of course I wasn't told it was a trainee until after the unfortunate cut - no offer to make up for it..just "oh well..see ya". Until this weekend. I guess I'm to blame. When asked what I wanted done I said it's on my card "just above the ears and just a little off the top..Mother Nature is taking care of the rest. LOL". I mean who wouldn't interpret that as a request to practically GIVE ME A CREW CUT TIL I'M PRACTICALLY BALD!!! I had to grab her arm because after I screamed Stop! she kept going. And from her..just a chuckle. I am outraged, embarrased to show up for work, and most importantly planning on proactively warning against this place. Anybody know a good personal injury attorney.don't laugh....think I might have a case!! Stranger things you know!

Never any walk-in availability for men. It takes a very short time to cut a man's hair. There should be one or two stylists dedicated to men's haircuts all day. No appointment needed. 10 to 15 mins and done. More haircuts equals more tips. With the loss of a lot of hair places in town, kids and old ladies are clogging up all the what used to be good places.

I'm disappointed. I have nothing nice to say. It is so hard to find a good place to get your hair cut. In this town, Cheyenne, there are not too many places to get your hair cut. That said, I've gone here twice. Both times, my hair wasn't cut the way I wanted. I don't have much time as I spend most of my time working. I never go back to waste more time to have them fix it. I tried to give them one more chance tonight. Waste of my life. Typically, every day there's a 2 hour wait? How? You give 15 minute cuts.. so either the 15 minutes is really 30-45 minutes or, they are just that busy. Hard to believe. Tonight I tried to schedule an appointment- on the website. Nope. Couldn't get it to load. No- not my phone or cell service: brand new phone, and AT&T first net service. Regardless- downloaded the app, scheduled an appointment m, 87 minute wait. Well, 87 minutes turned out to almost 2 hours plus still 48 minutes to go. How are you going to tell me make an appointment on the app and then keep changing my wait time. No, I'm done. Fuck that, I'll go spend the 45 $ at sports clips. You just lost my business for good.

This was the worst place to take my kid for the haircut. Lady cutting my kiddos hair was so rude with me and my kid. I would never recommend this place.

Stopped in today. Was seen quickly after arriving. Shop was clean, organized, good staff. Kyla, my stylist, was very professional and friendly. She had a high attention to detail, cut my hair to my standard, we had a nice conversation and she showed a new style for my hit that I enjoy. I would go back if I lived here but I do not.

Any did a great job on my hair. This was my first time here. I will definitely go back. They take your temperature when you arrive to make sure you don't have a fever. I thought this was great. Everything is sanitized between customers and social distancing is in place. Masks are required.

I've been here a couple times and I had a good experience but the last time I went I had Dyed my hair blue but just the ends and it was very faded so I went in to see if there's anything we can do about it and the girl said the sun had bleached it and that the only thing we could do was cut it and I said no thank you I'll just let it grow out and just give it a little bit of a trim please and she cut a good like 6 inches off into where my hair was a little bit below my shoulders and I started to cry and she said that's what we asked for but that was not what we asked for

Went here to get my sons hair cut. Paige cut his hair and it looked terrible. It was in even. I told her that and she didn't care. Will never come here again.
