Stopped in for lunch while nearby. Casual sit-down diner style restaurant open for breakfast and lunch only. They didn't really have many drink options so that would be the biggest con. The food options are plentiful and good though. The Athenian gyro was pretty good! Chicken souvlaki as well. Prices are reasonable.

This is the second time I've gotten food here and honestly it's fantastic! The service is kind and timely. And the food is amazing. They give you a good amount of food, I would always love more onion rings, but no problem here they give you so much meat in the Gyro and they definitely don't skimp out. I would definitely, come here again and actually sit down and eat one day.

Love this place. A cut above most and quite the bang for your bucks super friendly staff and the owner is humble yet proud of what she's doing .

Very disappointed today. Came in just before noon. My husband ordered a gyro, I had a Florentine omelette. The food was perfect, spot on. But we were forgotten about. Once the food hit our table, that was it. We never saw our waitress, never got a refill on drinks, couldn't even flag anyone down. Then the owners teenage son started talking on his cell phone full blast walking back and forth near us.
We finally caught someone at the counter's eye, paid the bill and left.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kevin J.Brewster, NY22310Mar 5, 2022
The Greek village is wonderfully consistent with their food. You will typical Greek diner food, which is a nice find in Carmel. The best part about this restaurant is Jules the waitress. I'd come here if the food was terrible because of her. She is consistently courteous, professional, and funny. She recommended the Thai BBQ wings and it was awesome.

Been eating here for years. No muss, no fuss, good diner food. Love the falafel and gyro. Always hits the spot for lunch.

A traditional Greek Diner with good Greek specialties at a reasonable price. We have been going to the Greek Village for many years. When my children were younger it was one of their favorite places . We still enjoy eating here when we want a quick, good meal.

Hmmmm, let's see. Walking in, you're given the uncertainty if you should immediately sit down or go to the counter to order. There's a "kid" who will sheepishly take your beverage order and maybe an appetizer, but nothing more. A for effort. ONE waitress for the whole floor. Food isn't anything over the top to eliminate a local Greek diner to come here. Similar, if not better cooked selections, are options in a closer, better diner. I had intended on ordering dessert, but like another Yelper on here, my stomach didn't quite sit right after eating. Just wanted to go home. Not the floor helps fault . Doubt coming back, sorry.
