Q:
If we purchase large furniture, like a sofa, are we able to arrange for it to be delivered?
A:
I don't think so. I think if you purchase something they might agree to hold it for a time period while you go grab a truck or something. There is a U-Haul close by.
Tricia T.Q:
Is the store open?
A:
Hi Zoey, thank you for reaching out. The Habitat ReStore at 2318 Washington Avenue is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10 am to 4 pm.

Pros:
Nice furniture and kitchen stuff plus building materials. Big selection.
Cons:
Clothes are below par.
It's difficult to get to some things (I.e.rugs) and I got a lukewarm response when I asked for help. Prices are a little high for some things.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan S.Hulmeville, PA10940Oct 21, 2024

Checked out the Re-store today and was amazed at the amount of stuff they have! It's mostly furniture separated by room (i.e. living room, dining room, bedroom) but I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have lightbulbs and lamps, curtains, pillowcases, etc. In the back there are also appliances (refrigerators and freezers especially) and some building materials like flooring. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you have a home project you're working on because they might have what you need before you buy something new.
For donations, they have a separate donation center that takes furniture and household stuff. While the Re-store does not take clothing donations, there are two bins for clothing and shoes right in the front. Very convenient if you don't want to drive to Goodwill further south.
All in all a good experience! I will probably make it a habit to start coming by here more often as the stock can obviously change as items are sold and new items get donated.Helpful 3Thanks 2Love this 1Oh no 1 - Bee M.Lindenwold, NJ020Apr 8, 2024

I recently stopped into this store to see what they had to offer. I found a lot of bric-a-brac that I liked and the prices were great. I found out that its 25% off on Wed. for seniors so I went the following week and got even more bargains at great prices. I even picked up a gift for my granddaughter of new Target items that are overstock. It is $12.99 @ Target and I go it for $3.75. I found out they recycle old TV's for free also. Great for me since I have 3 in my garage to get rid of.
I haven't shopped in the furniture yet but will be looking for end tables next time.
The store is clean and very spacious. Staff are pleasant ad helpful.Helpful 2Thanks 2Love this 1Oh no 0
