This was a place we took a few people who love Jelly Belly. You take an elevator to the 2nd floor and see letters written from Ronald Regan (the person who make jelly beans famous) to Jelly Belly. The tour was nice. You get to ride a little train and during the holidays, they decorate the warehouse, so that was nice. At the end of the tour, you get some jelly belly and some gross ones that taste like sour milk, boogers, and etc. I'm not too big on sugar so I didn't have the pleasure of eating them, but did smell them...
They sell a bunch of belly flops (jelly bellys that didn't make the cut but taste the same) - You can buy 3 bags and get 2 bags free. There was a guy name Sam, who really is the best! He gives you samples of all the candy and he made the best pumpkin pie with graham crackers & coconut cream pie! Mmm. Thanks Sam, you were great and made our Jelly Belly experience to the next level.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Teena, thanks for taking the time to rate and comment on our free tour and Visitor Center. Sam does a great job at our sample bar making up some of our unique recipes of different Jelly Belly beans.
We hope you'll return again for another visit sometime soon. - Jul 22, 2019
If you find yourself passing north/south on Hwy 41 through the area why wouldn't you venture exactly 3 miles east of the highway to stretch the legs and experience the Jelly Belly warehouse and outlet store.
In the eyes of the kiddos, what's not to like about a place that specializes in jelly beans? The outlet store has a nice little sampling counter where you can try the good stuff and/or test the limits by trying the bean boozle flavors. The store area also has a small restaurant counter with basic snacks at a reasonable price. There are a few discounts on the oops creation table otherwise prices are pretty much what you'd expect to pay in any other retail outlet.
The facility tour is separate from the outlet store. The tour takes about 30 minutes to complete and is nothing more than riding a golf cart like string of cars around the warehouse floor. The tour talks about the Jelly Belly making process and history. You also see several puzzle like creations made of jelly beans. It's FREE to tour and something different to experience. What's 30 minutes of your life to be able to say you've toured the facility with friends or family.
Jelly Belly is just another one of those Wisconsin must do destinations when passing through.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 500114127034Jan 22, 2018
We were looking for a family friendly Sunday afternoon activity when my husband suggested a tour of Jelly Belly.
A tour of a candy factory? Heck yes, I'm in.
Unfortunately, I was mistaken (my bad for not reading reviews thoroughly enough), but this is actually a distribution warehouse, not the factory itself.
So, the tour consisted of a golf-cart-like train loop around a warehouse. The warehouse is about as interesting as any warehouse (high shelves packed with boxes etc...you get the picture). But, they do have a few stops with video presentations on the history of Jelly Belly etc.
The room that you wait in prior to the tour was more interesting to me than the tour itself. They had a few original works of art made entirely of Jelly Bellies (pretty cool) as well as some historical info and Jelly Belly trivia.
Turns out, the factory is a mere 20 minutes away from this warehouse--so, if you were looking for a more interesting tour, that might be your better bet.
At the end of the tour, you are led into a retail store where you can find every jelly belly flavor you've ever heard of--and some you've never heard of. You can purchase pre-packaged bags of Jelly Flops (odd sized jelly beans), or any number of themed boxes (Batman, Wonder Woman), or you can mix and match the flavors of your choice as well.
I wouldn't go for the tour, but if you were wanting a bag filled with your favorite flavor of jelly beans (I'm looking at you, black licorice), then definitely worth the stop.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Oct 1, 2017
5/5 stars for the Jelly Belly Retail Store. I haven't visited the warehouse or taken the train tour.
A note about the train tour: read Yelp!, Google and other reviews before you visit. Many people are disappointed that this isn't a working factory, but rather a distribution warehouse. If you'd read the reviews ahead of time you'd know that the train tour won't include getting to see how the jelly beans are made, etc. I believe that tour only happens in California.
I've had Jelly Belly bookmarked for at least 2 years. I was achieving a Yelp! goal the second I set foot in this place.
The retail store is a candy paradise for the young and old alike. You can sample whatever Jelly Belly flavor you'd like and they sell an enormous variety of Jelly Belly products; candy, fudge, apparel, toys, tchotchkes and more .
I felt that a lot of the candy items for sale were pretty overpriced (there were a couple of bargain tables), especially when you can get most of the products they offer on Amazon for 1/2 the price. This would be a great place to stock up on Valentine/Easter/Christmas gifts, but expect to spend a bundle.
We spent just under $15 on a mixed bag of beans, a bottled water and a golf ball souvenir.
Clean store, clean and large parking lot, cafe inside, pretty friendly staff.
It's definitely worth the stop if you're in the Pleasant Prairie/Kenosha area.
Would definitely return again.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 1377217761301Jul 26, 2017
A really cool place to visit for a free train tour which teaches you about the company history, how Jelly Beans are made, and shows off some pretty cool artwork. This location is a warehouse instead of an actual working factory, so you never get to see items made live -- but they make up for this with a nice large visitors center and store which displays lots of Ronald Reagan artwork, has a sample bar, carries a wide assortment of toys/clothing, and sells a
wide assortment of jellybean flavors. This is a nice place to visit on a trip to Pleasant Prairie / Kenosha.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 15, 2020
Let me start off by saying...This is NOT a factory "producing" tour. Enter through the corner of the building entrance and immediately you're in line to inquire about the free tour. I was the 1st one in and only one in hahaha. So I basically had a private vip tour. My guide was cool and didnt care so it was ok. You tour along the edge of the warehouse. Stop at different stations and a video plays while the tour guide explains and points things out. Mostly all the racks in the middle are boxes on pallets ready to be shipped. Did not see workers step by step producing jelly beans, just videos. End of the tour you get dropped off where you started and get a free sample package of jelly beans and enter the store (you could always park at the other end of the building if you just want to purchase items).
The off beans were $1 for a 1/4lb bag and was buy one get one. A few of the other smaller bags were priced the same.
It's a quick tour so if in the area with the family swing by. About a 1.5hrs or less depending on the line and you're doneHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 2126562777Apr 17, 2019
My youngest is on Spring Break and my hubby suggested we go to the Jelly Belly Tour. On a side note: Is the free way to Kenosha ever going to be finished? Headed to the Jelly Belly Site was quite a nail bitter. I too hadn't done any research. We got in the car and went. We headed up to the site just past Bristol expecting a factory. This is just a distribution center which we found out during the tour.
Everyone waits in a holding area at the top of the stairs where you can learn history and taste some samples of beans through the process. You are lead by tram through the dark warehouse that's activated by motion sensored lights. You watch a series of videos as the tram leads you in a square. It didn't seem a lot was going on at the time as much of the warehouse was dark until our tram got there. They don't make the beans here at all. There are a bunch of the bean art pieces throughout which was interesting. I thought this was ok. Maybe suited better for kids. It was free after all. After the tour you are given a pack of free beans and led into the store where you can make purchases and sample beans.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Christine, thanks for taking the time to rate and comment on our free tour and Visitor Center. We try as much as possible to promote in ads, online and also on our website that our Pleasant Prairie facility is a warehouse tour that includes a fun train ride. We have worked very hard over the years to make our Wisconsin facility's experience very memorable.
If you are ever in Northern California, please stop in our Fairfield factory for a free factory tour. - Igor B.Alexandria, VA1174261838Jul 9, 2019
From a view of the 10-year-old, 11-year-old and 14-year-old, this was the highlight of the trip to Midwest part of our country.
Forget about adult comments - this is a kids place and they love it. It is educational, fun and tasty tour.
I played dare-you game and I failed because I could not finish sausage taste jelly-belly and he failed because he did not finish stinky socks jelly belly. No worries, trash bin was near by and the kind attendant handed us toothpaste jelly belly to wash the bad taste.
We left with almost 1/2 Lb of different treats to be enjoyed later.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Teresa W.Baton Rouge, LA2778817197Jun 24, 2019Updated review
