Krispy Kreme

We just had to pull through and get a dozen of glazed doughnuts. The hot sign was on. They are so delicious!

Made a trip through the drive thru today for a hot and ready glazed donut and coffee. The donut melted in my mouth and hit the spot! It was so good, I had to make a repeat trip for another one. The employees at the window were friendly. Coffee was good too. Look for the red sign indicating there's a new fresh batch.

We weren't planing to stop here, but the lit sign indicating hot donuts drew us in. We each had a hot glazed donut and it was as great you'd expect it to be. The other four donuts we ended up with were fine also.

As for the service; well, let me put it this way. You could read all 300 of my Yelp reviews (though I am sure you have better things to do) and I would be surprised if you find more than a half dozen that mention a rude server or employee. I have always found that if I am polite even if things go slightly wrong, people react in a positive way. But with this counter person, even though there were no customers behind us, the slight delay in our deciding how many donuts we wanted seemed to irritate her. It is good to run into a rude server now and again; it helps you better appreciate all of the good ones. Fortunately, we live a nine hours' drive away, so the odds of us going in to take more abuse is pretty slim.

Long line inside and out, but not a long wait. We went inside. Some tables marked off limits for social distancing. Everyone was wearing masks. Great experience.

I was a little nervous coming here after reading reviews about the customer service experiences of others but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone there appeared to be in positive spirits and was kind, despite it being crazy busy at the peak of breakfast.

I couldn't resist the Halloween donuts either.

Close at 11, stops drive thru at 10:44 or whatever time they want.... Very unprofessional manager with side kick, said they close drive thru at 10:45 but was only 10:44 and couldn't explain.... Literally a joke. Needs to understand without customers you have no job!

This was one of the best Krispy Kreme filled donuts I've ever had. Fresh and delicious. Clean store, too.

Two female staff here on November 7, 2019 deserve a medal for putting up with a very grouchy customer who took over ten minutes (really) to decide on her order and was unnecessarily rude to other customers in line, including me. I took it in stride since she was a senior but it was quite dramatic. The staff were so nice and did excellent damage control in being extra pleasant to those of us who waited in line for much longer than necessary. Class acts, all.

BY FAR the best Kirsten Kreme i have been in!! The employees were AMAZING, especially Cody, he was super sweet and gave me and my family the best experience at KK. He had a great sense of humor and was so nice to everyone who came inside!!

Got to the store at 9:57 and doors were locked. Manager came to the door rude and said they were closed. I showed her the time from my Verizon iPhone and she was very rude and still shit the door in my face. Very Rude. Go to Dunkin!

Oh Krispy Kreme, this location is possibly the best. We stop in about 4-5 times per year, the place is always packed, there have been times we have waited 30 minutes in line to order fresh donuts & I've never regretted waiting! The service has always been above average and the donuts are always hot & fresh! We'll continue to return.
