LA Taxi Express

Putting this review on here because I am sick and tired of having one of your workers tape ads and business cards in front of my apartment building. Let me be very clear, I WILL NEVER USE YOUR TAXI SERVICE. This is not the right way to advertise and It has gotten to the point where every single day I have to tear them down because they are such an annoyance.

Called they never came. Don't waste your time calling. After the initial call he agreed to come.pick us up in 15 min. After 200 called back and went straight to voice mail. Called.several times again and the same thing.

I would give it zero if I could. Called at 11:15 for 11:45 pick up. They said they would call once they arrived and 11:45 was good. No call no show, called 4 times and didn't answer. Not even considerate enough to pick up and say something came up at the very least. If you want to be late and waste time, by all means. This is pure trash.

Super unprofessional company. Had a cab called that never showed up. Never take your business to this taxi service.

Awesome little taxi service! Yes I do Uber and lyft but if they've got a surge this is the way to go!! The driver was there within the 5 minutes that he was dispatched. Not very talkative but I'm cool with that. We got home and it was a nice smooth ride!

So what's the worst thing a taxi service could do? Not show up. Precisely what they did. No call to alert me that they were going to be late, no message that they were not going to show up, no indication that there was an issue or problem. Of course I was going to the airport. So I was almost late for my flight. Bunch of screw-ups. When I first called to arrange the pick up, the guy answering the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. I wonder why there was a problem? Don't use these guys

worst taxi service. they say they are coming right away and never show up. and when you call to follow up they screen your calls and ignore you.
