House built in early 1800's was divided into apartments, offices, then went into total disrepair. Current owner, Brian Luedtke saw a gem worth saving and completely restored the home that was close to being destroyed. Luedtke did all the work himself, tediously making molds to restore art details and furnishing with period antiques over a 15 year restoration. What a gift to Columbus history!
