McDonald's

Went in at 7am on OCT 16, 2024 to get me and my wife breakfast. I was trying to use the app which wasn't working properly. It was buy one sausages and egg McMuffin get one free. I tried doing it 3 times. Clicking on the promo and putting everything in. Wouldn't work so I figured maybe it was the app, definitely the app. But I decided to go into the lobby to explain it to an employee. What I got was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with over anything. Especially a breakfast sandwich. I explained it to her politely and she instantly became rude, standoffish, and petty. Disrespect is also a good work for her. After literally explaining everything to her. Her response was snooty and she told me twice that she couldn't give me the FREE sandwich that the app wouldnt recognize after multiple attempts. She said it was an issue I had to take up with corporate. I was shocked! I was confused like why? Corporate is concerned over one sandwich. Probably so seeing how their business is struggling and nobody wants to eat there. Anyways she then disappeared to the back. I stood there about 5 mins before I asked some older employers if she knew where the manager was. She was also amazingly non polite I might add. I'll get to her. I explained exactly what she said to me. She came up and slapped my bag on the counter. Rudely said "I gave you that other sandwich"! And walked off. Like wtf was that about. Just, wow. Wow! She definitely loves her job and inst concerned about good customer service or her approach. Over nonsense. Unpleasant. Disgusting. Childish behavior. The store manager was very polite and respectful and helpful though. He obviously went back and talked to her.

Now, the older woman. From the time I entered the lobby until I left I didn't hear one positive thing come out of her mouth. Even in front of customers she complained that see didn't want to be there. That she is about to quit and go home. That she doesn't need this bs. It was off-putting and disturbing to say all the things she was saying right behind the counter and in front of anybody within the entire lobby. She's complaining, b****ING, threatening to quit. I was like hey me the hell outta this restaurant. Just couldn't believe those 2 encounters. I don't think either of them wanted to work there. And that location definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that they even hire hateful angry people who come into work pissed off. And leave more pissed off is neglectful and poor decisions making on what kind of people your asking to represent your business.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Thanks for all the positivity. And I'm specifically taking to those two female employees.

You know how rare it is now to have a great experience at McDonald's now adays? Well my experience, more times than not, makes me question why I stopped but not here. Food was hot and fresh, and service was perfect and the cashier super friendly. App was having issues and she just comped the item since it was not working with no effort on my part.

I stopped in for a bathroom break and some food. Restroom was clean and the restaurant was too with everything in order. Inside a newer design and even though it was a quick in and out I was impressed. It's how a good visit, or the minimum standard for any visit! Good job at this location.

It took over 40 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even the right order. Bathrooms are also disgusting! Would not recommend!

terrible service it took so long. they didn't help and was so rude and seemed up set. on my untie sister kid they was dirty!

We ordered a large order around 11:15 with closing time being at midnight. We orders 10 double cheeseburgers, a fry and 5 mcchickens sandwiches. They were quick and very pleasant even with it being so late.

Kitchen is so nasty looking they don't clean. They don't wear gloves when scooping the fries ewww.

I don't usually complain but this McDonald's is so disgusting and completely filthy ! No soap in restroom! Black mold on ice machine ! Floors were dirty ! Window ledges greasy and dirty ! Tables not clean ! Rude cashiers ! I felt like I was in the twilight zone! What on earth people ! How are you ok with this !???

Nice enough. I just needed a caffeine boost during a trip, and saw this right beside the Walmart gas station where I topped off. Clean inside, friendly service. I waited a few minutes, but they were busy, and it wasn't unreasonable. I ordered on one of those kiosks they keep putting in, and it went okay. Easy to order, and to customize things if you want (milk options, etc.) Price is reasonable, I guess. McD's isn't my go-to, but it is of course handy often, and not awful.

I would give zero stars, if possible. I understand everyone is struggling to find workers, but seriously you should a least clean the place... or shut down indoor eating!

I love our nearby McDonald's! Everyone is soo kind and nice! I love going there for breakfast!
