      Can you love a bank? Well, I've really got to these folks credit! I had a deposit to make for a new account and went to literally 5 other banks and all of them required an appointment to make that deposit, which I find ludicrous. I mean, I'm trying to give you my money. I understand covid, but several bank lobbies are open but they won't open an account without an appointment. Very inconvenient, despite the pandemic because it should only take a couple minutes.

      The only reason I hesitated to deposit here, was because they don't have many locations. We have other accounts here and have always been satisfied. So when I called with my dilemma, they were like, "Come right in."

      Nelly helped me and opened my account in less than 5 minutes and you receive your debit card on the spot! She was accommodating and cordial and also helped me with another transaction. I told the manager, Barbara my experience and was determined to give them a rave review for taking care of this. You would think the other banks would be vying for business! Thank you, Navy Federal, now I don't have to put my cash in my mattress! I salute you for making bank easy!

      Please return the coin machine soon! It was awesome and made so much cents!!!

      Secured a loan and was told they couldnt cut a check to the dealership. Took what my rep told me would work as payment. Dealership called in to get the check secured&was told that I needed to come back to Nfcu and they were incorrect. Drive back! At Nfcu, I told the greeter that I wanted to speak to same person with a smile not rude and was told by greeter that anyone could help me but I asked to sit with the original person and he said that anyone could help me. I stated I wanted to speak with the original person. The greeter told me new people may not know what to do. I understand the reviews on yelp about this location! Never did I demand nor did I give any inclination that I was mad. I wanted the person who messed up to fix it. It would be a learning experience not a "karen" experience- member for 32 years.

      We got a house loan (VA) from Navy Federal. We had 4 different closing dates, all were pushed back due to incompetence at Navy Federal. I doubt they have ever done an actual VA loan before. Even on our final closing date they screwed up and almost cost us that date too. My husband did more work on the loan than Navy Federal, always having to hurry up and fix things they broke. I do not recommend Navy Federal, in fact we will never use them again. We have bought several homes over the course of 30 years and this was by far the worst experience we have had.

      My fiancé and I went in to withdraw some cash. LaSavior (teller) greeted us with "next!" My fiancé asked her for $200 in cash. When she asked him how he wanted it, there was a lot of noise in the branch and she was clearly irritated that he repeated the question back to her to clarify. She handed him a stack of bills without counting and rolled her eyes when he counted it himself. She never offered him an envelope, thanked him for coming in, or in any other way expressed appreciation for him being a (40+ year) member or did anything to make the transaction pleasant. We will be contacting corporate headquarters to close his accounts and invest the money in another institution that will appreciate our patronage.

      I have been a loyal Navy Federal customer for over 20 years!! Navy Federal always takes care of any concern I have quickly, respectfully and with ease!! The associates at this branch are friendly and always offer me multiple solutions to solve any problem I have. I love Navy Federal and I adore having a location here in RVA!!

      This location was convenient since we wanted to find an ATM near our hotel. Unfortunately the ATM didn't work at the credit union, but it was still open. The employees were friendly.

      There are several locations in the DMV area. I like the option of having a new debit card printed on site if it gets lost or stolen.

      So where do I begin I came here to withdrawal 3000$ I went to drive thru I've gotten $3000 before in drive thru even more than that before . Only for the teller to give me $2999. So I counted it again to make sure. And remind u I was actually in a rush to pay something before they closed. I then have to proceed to go inside and speak to a manager who then says it's a part of the policy. I state to her then if it's a part of the policy it should be in writing somewhere she then tells me it's apart of the back office. At this point I'm floored and pissed because I had to sit for 15 min before even speaking to her and took time out of my day to come inside for 1$ that the rude teller could have gave. The manager then attempts to locate this policy that doesn't exist and said she would have back office to email it to me well it's been a month and still no email. These banks are full of it and it's such an inconvenience to have to come inside for $1 like really . The. To be lied too is even worse these bank tellers need to work on their attitudes and demeanor because we pay your salary and keep u with a job. I don't want to feel like I'm being tolerated when I should be treated like gold. Anyway here's a one star to this location for the trash service I was presented that day

      The review is only of the ATMs, which process deposits not only for Navy Federal members but for members of any other Coop member Credit Union of which you may be a member. Even with mobile deposit, it's nice to be able to deposit cash. Lines can be long, but generally this atm gets the job done.

      Big fail on knowing how to properly staff your location. 1:45pm on a Friday and I've already been in line to see a teller for 15 minutes with several still in front of me and only 2 tellers. The line is to the and out the door. Big fail by management.

      I applied for a personal loan , and had to keep calling back about status? In this age of email you think they would have reached out? Seem to be very condescending when speaking to staff on phone, don't seem to care about members at all. HELLO these are our service members who served our country, so disrespectful. I don't care about not getting the loan as I have other avenues but the crappy customer service will not be tolerated. Bye Navy Federal. Go find a friendly bank that values your deposits.
