Ninety Nine RV Park

Park was sold and new management no longer provides for any amenities despite what is listed on invoices and website, including: WIFI (there is ZERO WIFI), washer and dryer machines (machines have been broken for months), no longer offering mail services (this was stoped without warning and without the ability to forward mail), office hours are nonexistent (no one is ever there despite office hours posted), bathrooms are disgusting, trash overflowing in communal cans and dumpster areas. Prices have dramatically increased and with amenities no longer being provided I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere unless you like trash, heavy freeway noise, high prices, and falsely advertised amenities.

Keep in mind we are the "just passing through", non smoking, gimme WiFi and clean bathroom kind of RVers. I'm not using Park WiFi to write this, the password we were given didn't work. Office closes at 4, so we were lucky to get any info when we arrived at 4:30. Office doesn't open til 9 am so we had to hang around til then to pay, even though we needed to be back on the road.

"Smokin' in the girls' room". Bathroom was stale cigarette stinky with ashes in one sink. Husband found pile of wet men's clothing in the shower. Sweet people work here though who can't be monitoring rest rooms. The price can't be beat.

Do not stay here! Despite all the claims in their online profile, there is no onsite manager, there seem to be no rules against loud tenants or permanent structures, and there will be no one to help you when you have a complaint or a concern. We met the girl who calls herself the manager on our first night and she said that she will return emails right away - then three weeks after I emailed her, I got a reply. The laundry room is dirty and half the machines don't work, including the change machine. Trash cans in the pet areas are never emptied. And after one tenant death, two midnight fights, including one that required the police, a homeless man wandering around for several days and a broken down Winnebago parked in the middle of the park, we finally called it quits. But guess what? They give no refunds if you check out early!! This place costs twice what any other decent place across the River costs. So just stay on the Oregon side. do not stay here!! Oh, one more thing, when the police event happened and there was broken glass all over the street, the residents had to clean it all up, and not the ones involved. Don't stay here!!
Amended: once I spoke with corporate I was able to get a refund for the unused portion of our stay. But it took nearly 2 weeks!

This RV park is overpriced. The only thing it has going is location to Portland Airport (15 min) Just three years ago this park offered overnighter stays around $25 night. $75 a night is price gouging. New owners bought three parks in area raising rates at all of them. I will not stay hear again.

It was Clean and located next to a ton of walkable night life.

The price is right for all you get as well.

Always hard to get space here. Friendly accommodating staff. Trust you at your word and helpful. Clean, quiet except for freeway white noise. No amenities for children. Felt safe here.9
