Panera Bread

Great location and the friendliest, most helpful staff!! To the awesome counter lady last Tuesday: thank you for finding my debit card and chasing me down so I didn't accidentally leave without out!!

My sandwich, iced cookie, and apple were ready in a flash and I really enjoyed the ice tea selection- icy cold!! I scored a booth and enjoyed a restful 17 minute lunch break before zipping back to my work site- thankfully, with the lost debit card in hand!

Plenty of free parking. In and out in a flash. Great experience at this Panera and I will totally return. PS: Get a cookie with your meal. Go ahead. It was perfect and I wish I had another one right now.

While clean and quick service i have to say the pricing has gotten interesting in a negative fashion.
I ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich which was $6.69 according to the menu.
What was not noted on the menu was that pricedidn't include the bread. What sandwich doesn't include the bread?
I thought a sandwich was defined as
"an item of food consisting of two pieces of bread with meat, cheese, or other filling between them"
Apparently not at Panera.
And the charge device ask if you want to leave a tip..... for pushing buttons at a cash register?
Really?

Everytime I place an app order for Rapid Pickup they place the order behind the counter and I need to wait in line. WTF! This completely defeats the whole point of Rapid Pickup!

Stop by Panera since our truck was getting serviced at Volkswagen dealership next door almost. My son ordered a broccoli cheddar bowl and they only fill it up half way. They barely removed any dough inside and then the small amount of soup for the price is not justified. I got a you pick two with a broccoli cheddar soup and a bacon turkey bravo. The only good thing they haven't taken it off the menu like the rest of the old amazing sandwiches. These new sandwiches and salads is not as good as the old Panera menu. My other son got a chicken bacon rancher and he says it was amazing. We got two brownies and they were nice and soft. The lady at the register seems like see was not having a good day.

Spicy Chicken melt had a lot of flavor. Southwest chicken salad with ranch I think it needed more spice. The chocolate croissants was the best part of the meal. Came during lunch it was a bit busier. The restaurant was clean.

I came to this Panera Bread to get some work done. This is a great place to do this. The cafe was nice and quiet with just enough noise so that I didn't feel alone. I ordered a kitchen sink cookie and a strawberry smoothie. Both hit the spot. They were out of some items because of a menu change on April 1st. The manager was very accommodating when I ordered items that they didn't have. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I look forward to coming back and trying their new menu items. I highly recommend Panera Bread.

Standard panera location with a good amount of parking and friendly service. The interior is pretty spacious and good for casually enjoying a bite in a setting with a light level of chatter. Like every panera, there's a good selection of healthier options available at a slightly higher price point.

Never had an issue with this panera. This is the closest one to my house and I ordered for pick up or drive thru all the time. My order has always been correct.

The sip club now you wait for your turn for your cup from the food preparers so waited literally 8 minutes for coffee. The time to get the meals took nearly 10 minutes. The service/time here has continued to deteriorate over the past year. We enjoy Panera but we will be dining at another location.

Just the worst experience I've had here.. I came in around 7:30am and waited in line to use the kiosk to order as none of the employees would come to the register to help assist with orders. Then after ordering one soufflé, that's already prepared and sitting on a warmer by the other bakery items, I had to wait a good 15 minutes before the lady behind the counter even acknowledged me standing there. She rudely asked what I was waiting for and then checked her computer and asked my last name again and finally walked over to get the soufflé. She rudely asked if I was dining in or taking out and when I said I was staying she slapped the food on a plate and only gave me a fork and put the plate on the counter and proceeded to walk away. I then had to wave down another employee to ask for a knife so I could eat my soufflé like a civilized person. Overall experience was awful. Soufflé was cold. I haven't been to any Panera restaurants in a while and definitely will not be coming back to this one. Panera has really gone down hill with service and quality. It's sad, I used to eat here often.
