Bank local - down with big banks! Get paid to deposit your money, not the other way around. Provident paid interest on checking since before it was cool.

Loyal Provident CU customer for 16+ years. You guys! I haven't paid an ATM fee since the Bush Administration.

Exceptional customer service in the Sunnyvale and Palo Alto branches. I only wish they offered a safe deposit box.

I wouldn't write a review but with my past experience I am bound to do so. After my recent visit to my sunnyvale branch I received an email to write about my experience. I noted down everything that went there and why I don't like visiting this location and only do so when I have to. I received a call aftrer 2 days from the lady Branch manager asking me to refrain from
Talking to the tellers. If I don't talk to the teller then how am I supposed to do the transaction? What are they scared of? Long story my overall experience wasn't good.
Redwood city, san jose and palo alto Location have never been a problem with very great and smooth experience.

I went in the Sunnyvale branch to settle my banking business with Provident. They have been great but I'm consolidating banks. I was received with the greatest customer experience from a bank teller named Kendall. He offered the banks sell points/promotions and respectfully handled our final business.

If you are looking for a reputable bank with the stellar customer focus Provident is the spot. I have no qualms with this bank. I was super impressed with the service even thou I was leaving.

Do not bank with Provident Credit Union, the branch manager named Cherry refused to give me a debit card she was very rude and was giving me attitude because she said I wasn't eligible for a debit card when I was a provident member for years, I asked for a new debit card to correct my last name since it was misspelt, and she looked at my account and said that I wasn't eligible for a new debit card, and she close my existing card, leaving me with a hard situation with payments and leave me out on the streets.

FUCK Provident Credit Union do not bank with this shitty credit union, they're the worst in the nation and don't give a fuck about their members.

That's it I'm no longer banking with Provident Credit Union. I am closing my accounts with them because I'm not gonna be in that situation anymore where I can't use a debit card on them. I'm in a very tough situation with Provident where I cannot access my funds anywhere anytime a day 24/7 not even at the ATMs.

I'm switching to JP Morgan Chase Bank from Provident Credit Union I recommend people who have issues banking with Provident Credit Union to close their accounts with Provident, and to look for another credit union or bank to replace Provident.

I came in to open an account and Daniela helped me, she was really kind and very helpful. Everyone is welcoming and made me feel good! :)

I went to this this credit union and Daniela was very helpful knowledgeable She helped me with my enrollment in this bank and made the process for my car loan very easy I had the most wonderful experience thank you Daniela! and everyone here was just nice and friendly!

I rarely go inside the bank and just get my stuff done through the atm. This time I needed to go inside and be helped. Daniela greeted me right away, was helpful through the process and very patient with all my questions. I left happy and with all my questions answered. Thanks Daniela! :)

Visited this location for the first time 05/02/23 and had a pleasant experience the staff was amazing. Alex was very helpful and handled everything in a professional manner. Highly recommend this location for any Provident banking services.
