Pruitts Furniture

They were very helpful in helping when I needed some assistance. And I ended up buying some furniture very satisfied with the furniture I got..

I visited Pruitts with my uncle who was in the market for a new couch and recliner. He had seen an ad delivered in his mailbox for Pruitts and suggested coming here. We were very happy with the service received, although the salesman was a little too talkative and rambling for my taste (I want to make decisions and move on, but there was a lot of get-to-know-you conversation and general chit chat... not my style). My uncle found a power recliner he liked within his budget and the salesman led us to a somewhat matching couch. We purchased both and requested home delivery.

The delivery happened faster than we expected and the crew was on-time based on their initial 3-hour estimate. They called 20 minutes before arrival and set everything up in my uncle's living room per his request.

Overall, this was a pain free experience!

They're super helpful there. I was able to get a reasonably-priced black microfiber couch with reversible chaise. I have had it about two years and awesome still. I did accidentally rip part of it while trying to move it.. but you won't notice it unless it's looked at from a certain angle. I don't sew very well so I have been putting it off.

I ordered a new bed frame from Pruitts and had a great experience. They had a lot of options in the store that were in my price range (fairly inexpensive). After we ordered our frame, it turned out they were out of the one we chose but had another similar frame that was more expensive. They adjusted the price to match what we had paid. I felt like this was the fair thing to do. We also had them deliver and assemble the frame and it's been great ever since, no problems. I would buy furniture from them again.

My husband and I have bought 4 living rooms sets from Pruitt's and we LOVE to shop there. I love that you can still do lay-away if you want to. Makes purchasing new furniture MUCH easier for families on a budget!

Usually the quality is high, but recently we purchased a table and chairs. The table is great, but the chairs are so cheap and nothing similar to what was in the show room. We've had them come out and service them 3 times and they continue to fall apart.

Now they no longer will respond to our calls, they won't fix them and they won't refund us for these junks chairs. Will never be coming back here again.

Have purchased a lot from them over the years. Now I cannot get anyone to answer my phone call. Spent 20 minutes trying to speak to them. Finally called another department where she forwarded my phone call back to sales and I was put on hold again, They must not want to sell furniture any longer.

I appreciate the service and communications I've had from Pruitts! This is coming from someone who's worked in the furniture industry in both sales/customer service!

I loved the showroom, wow! Plenty of interesting furniture, and great prices! I saw some cool items I know I wouldn't find anywhere else.

I feel happy and secure with my living room/bedroom purchase. They listened to me, gave input, and worked quickly to resolve any concerns I had.

A small technical issue on a sensitive touch light on a headboard, got plenty of attention, 2 service calls... and a brand new replacement. I can say, it was resolved quickly, most times offering next day service calls, wow not waiting weeks, fabulous...Seriously!

Just to mention...I know, it can feel annoying if a salesperson "follows you" around but they are doing it's because you are their "designated customer." So, if you take 1hr to shop they are on the journey with ya. So establish a relationship, they are there to help, do their job, and support their family/business. Seeing them should let you know they are checking on you and staying in eye-sight for questions

Why is Pruitts moving out of Phoenix...I bought all my furniture from this store...sad

I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Pruitts starting in 1974. Today I took delivery of a new recliner. It was $140 less than the same recliner at JC Penneys. There is a $69 fee for home delivery, unpacking, assembly and removal of packing materials. I opted for the full delivery service but if your purchase is for over $299 they will deliver it at no extra cost (to the door). The sales process was smooth and setting up delivery was easy and delivery was within 48 hours of purchase.
Huge showroom(s). I have had very good experiences with the reliability of their furniture. I am sitting here looking at my loveseat purchased from Pruitts in 1975. It is still in great shape and has never even needed to be reupholstered in spite of raising 2 children and 7 grandchildren on it! I highly recommend this local business.
