RH! Welcome to Indianapolis. The new location is fabulous! I shopped the previous location, but will definitely purchase more from this larger selection. RH has quality furniture and I purchase to pass to my children. RH is a luxury brand and the prices are no different from other luxury brands.
People pay $1500 and more for Louis Vuitton and $500 for fake Balenciagas.
My grandmother taught me to save up and buy quality once NOT cheap over and over again. Luxury is true quality such as 8 way ties on the spring system, Italian leather that can last 100 years, if taken care of, and fabulous fabrics. Bad taste or none at all? Try their free design service-get a membership.
Oh, I intend to eat each and every time I go shopping there!

We love Restoration Hardware and miss having a nearby store to shop at. Our Uber driver gave us the tip to visit this store and get reacquainted. Located inside of a busy shopping mall at Keystone Crossing, you can enter from the parking lot or inside the mall.

Once inside you'll see the vast and trendy collection of furniture, fixtures and accessories for your home. Bedroom, bathroom, living room or dining room, they have something for every space inside your home. Towels, window coverings, rugs, furniture, and other misc accessories.

We like the quality and different style of what's in the store, not the same as what you see around town at all of the other stores. We purchased a sofa many years ago that lasted us many, many years and we were able to recover it and get a few additional yrs out of it.

Glad we stuck our heads in the door and browsed around. We'll hit he website and get signed back up for their mailings or email updates and definitely do some shopping soon.

I really like the styles in the store. I want to yelp about the staff here though.

We've bought a few things from here. On the purchasing end, there are not pushy salespeople. If you want to browse, they are good with it. If you need help, they will help. They were very good working with my wife when she was purchasing decorations for our new home. They listened to what she was looking for and gave her ideas. And they were not offended when she would not prefer what they offered.

On the returning side, I just returned $1500 worth of lanterns. It was always a plan that we were going to make a sizable return. The person helping suggested we over buy and return what we didn't want to use. However, we ended up returning everything. They were very polite about the return. And they helped bring all the hardware in the store. So, the staff here gets big yelps for always being helpful and professional.

Over the past 5 years I have purchased bedroom furniture, couches and lamps through this store. The staff is always lovely to work with, the furniture well made and comfortable. Everything I have purchased has worn well and been easy to clean.

Let's make no mistake about this. Restoration Hardware is an upscale store in an upscale mall. However, once you get over that, if you can get over it, then it's a very nice shopping experience. We've never made any major furniture or furnishing purchases here, but we've bought a few things over the years, and we've been satisfied. One of the things I like about the store is its relatively wide-open areas. I never feel cramped or like I'm navigating a maze, which makes for a more relaxed shopper, I think. Service has always been fine. Walk into the store sometime, and have a seat on the mega-sized leather sofas right where you enter the store from the mall. Then, picture about three of those in your house, and you're entertaining friends or family. I'm not sure how you'll pay for all of it, but just imagine it.

We are very happy with several purchases over the years. Furniture is heavy and well built. Still looks like new! We have friends desk and 2 shutter cabinets, chairs, 2 bathroom vanities and large lighting. We had a little issue with one piece and they worked with us to fix it right away. Super customer service.

What's not to love at Restoration Hardware except for the price of course. Lol. If you have the money to spend and you like a somewhat modern yet comfy type of decor then this is the place for you.

This place recently renovated itself and it's now 2 stories of awesomeness. They have an elevator for the stroller which is a plus for me.

This place provides free design services which is great. You can ship all of your furniture and decor for one flat price which is great. They will even build it and take care of all the garbage so you have your new furniture to enjoy.

Everything looks great on the website so I purchased two bathroom wall sconces and an oval mirror - total just under $1,000. The bracket on one sconce was backwards which my contractor had to fix and came with 20 watt bulbs which is completely ludicrous I spent $25 buying the 60w bulbs which still don't provide adequate lighting. The mirror has something behind the glass which,again, my contractor was able to minimize. The mirror is attached with brackets that use set screws but neither of the brackets had the set screws which necessitated drying to the hardware To find set screws which are metric. The whole experience was a depressing mess. Never again.

The Cloud sofa is a piece of junk / ridiculously overpriced and couldn't be more uncomfortable. DONT invest in this crap. It always looks messy and the fabric droops and bunches after a very short time. - couldn't be less impressed w a product. When we contacted the company to fix it they gave us a hack on how to pull apart the fabric and "re-Velcro" the base- had no idea it was such a poorly made piece. - would give negative stars if could.
