Gate keepers in front lack empathy in time of need, urgency & emergency.
They wouldn't even give out email upon request. They made faces during conversation. They dont listen rather instead they are condescending

I am so tired of doctors staff not telling you that you need a referral before you arrive at the appointment. Dr Newtons staff did not tell me months ago when I made the appointment that I needed a referral from my PCP to see him. I show up, and they won't see me because I didn't have a referral .

Dr. Newton is the best! He is easy-going, professional yet friendly. He listened to what I had to say. As soon as he walked in, he knew what the "problem" on my arm was. This is MY dermatologist from now on! Trust me, you will love him!
