I haven't been to an event at this venue for a while now. I chose to go to see Jeffrey Osborne the R&B singer last night. It was a fun night out, the performance was great, and the audience's sense of fun and energy was infectious. I also want to give a shout out to the staff in the room. The ushers were gracious and helpful, and the security was on it. The gentleman next to me accidentally spilled his drink and the security team came over and mopped up before housekeeping got there so that nobody would trip and fall over the liquid and ice that was spilled. They even got the gentleman a new drink. That's what I call customer service!

February 25th visit
Thank you to Impact Wrestling and VetTix for making this event happen.
As a family I have always wanted to share a moment like this with them. This genre was a childhood favorite of mine growing up and as an adult I grew to love the storylines. The event was fun and very entertaining. Can't wait to see you all again in the future!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 12, 2018
Smaller than what I expected but for the better.
It makes for a fun time.
Also makes the place look like a sold put crowd when compared to other arena style venues.
There isn't a bad seat in the house.
Prices on drinks and snacks are reasonable.
The sound is perfect.
Seats are easy to get in and out of.
I look forward to visiting and attending another event again.
Live wrestling is always fun - especially in Vegas!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Roger T.Las Vegas, NV16599365272Dec 3, 2018
Been here a couple times. The first time was a variety concert where people I never heard of performed. A friend of mine had extra tickets and I had nothing going on so off we went. The concert was actually pretty good. Sound quality was clear. Seating was a bit uncomfortable for it was all folding seats and it was all mashed together really close. If your are a heavy set person you will not fit on one chair and you will not have any elbow room whatsoever.
The second time it was just recently and it was called "Impact Wrestling". Again im glad I got free tickets to this for it was more like a comedy then wrestling. The arena was set up pretty nicely just like how you would see a WWE match on tv only here it was a smaller version. Really not a bad seat in the house. I would describe the seating arrangements as more cozy than anything.
Where this is located its in an ideal spot because its right next to a movie theater, buffet, and food court. Im surprised there are not more major events scheduled here. Hopefully the next event I go to is worthwhile.

First time going to this casino. It was fairly smoky inside which we are never a fan of. Maybe a better filtration system would help the non smoking clients. Anyway it was fairly confusing bc we had to pick up tix at the box office and no one seemed to know where to send us. We asked 3 diff people and finally got to the eight spot. Very frustrating. Went to the box office to pick up some Military Veterans Vet Tix-the tall, bald black guy working was VERY short & rude. He gave two diff answers one to my guest who is a Vet and then said something diff to. R when I walked up. Very unprofessional. We had paid for "4" tix n and he told us that there are no 2 seats together we would have to wait for the promoter to give him diff tix. Then 3 other Veterans walked up and I told them we had to apparently wait. The girl said She has the tix right here pulled them all out and gave us all seats "together" for each group. Wow not very organized and the other guy was either lying or too lazy to do his job and look -considering all of the Vet tix were literally sitting on the desk. Bad first impression for sure. The wrestling event was ok-definitely fake but funny to watch. People yelled out obscene things so you just had to roll with it. Prob wasn't the best place for the young kids in front of us but hey-to each their own. Overall not very impressed with this casino and wont be dragging myself 45+ min to get back there anytime soon. Had our experience been more positive at the box office perhaps my review would have been different. Went to TGIFridays to grab quick food for dinner and the server was too busy laughing w his co workers and we barely got any presence. Then my buffalo chicken sandwich cane out with chipotle sauce all over it which I clearly states I did NOT want. Gross. He never came by so I ate it and told him 15 min later when he finally cane by. Wont be going there again either.

On the Sunday of the WWE Pay-per-view Sam's Town Live is WWE Live. This is one of a couple venues in Las Vegas that shows live WWE Pay-per-view events on a large silver screen. I have watched few WWE Pay-per-views at Sam's Town Live.
On the Sundays that I joined WWE fans at Sam's Town Live, it was a few hours of watching WWE superstars battle it out, partying, and suspending disbelief.
Whether the event was "Wrestle Mania," "Summer Slam, " or "Hell in the Cell" we saw what the WWE is cooking (the Rock's catch phrase). And whatever wrestling event was cooking, Wrestle Mania took over Sam's Town. Normally the box office opened around 3:30 PM. That was long after a long line of wrestling fans snaked around a curvy cue, past the movie theatre, arcade, and to Dunkin Donuts. If I failed to make it to the hottest WWE scene in Vegas by 1:30 PM, I'd disqualify myself from the event. There was one time that I missed out on a Wrestle Mania because of a crazy long line.
Whenever, I waited on the line, some of the wrestling fans were the pre-show entertainment. I got the impression that some of them thought that the WWE is real. The way they were talking about the WWE superstars like some people talk over football was entertaining. Then there were the heels in the crowd that would attempt to weasel themselves to the front of the line.
When I shared the long line with WWE fans I'd hear some people complain that Sam's Town initiated a $5 admission fee plus a Boyd card instead of complimentary entree. I get the impression that some people use the WWE Live for inexpensive entertainment.
After paying the $5 and getting my hand stamped, I'd enter Sam's Town Live. The first few times that I saw the WWE Pay-per-views here, the seating arrangement was stadium bleachers. A Wrestle Mania later, the new arrangement was long communal tables at floor level. This arrangement encouraged strangers to talk over the WWE while suspending disbelief. In my opinion it was around the perimeter of the event center that mattered. The main event of the perimeter gave the main event on the silver screens a run for the money. It was inexpensive beer and party food. The take-out window bar served $3 draft beer that originally was $2.50. The draft Miller gave a nice boost on suspending the disbelief. Nearby there was a long concession stand selling the party food. My party food of choice is nachos with cheese with some jalapeños and Chilli added on. The price was around $3 for the standard nachos with cheese. In close company to the nachos; the concession stand sold hot dogs, pop corn, and other goodies.
As the time approached towards lights, camera, action a local dee-jay read off the winning raffle ticket numbers that they gave with the wristband. Speaking of the wristband, it was necessary for reentering the Arena after utilizing the casino restrooms (none in Sam's Town Live).
When the lights went out, I joined the crowd in jeering for the bad guys, cheering the good guys, and laughing at the WWE jokes.
Although I am good at suspending disbelief, it was difficult to do this when my original Sam's Town Live! business listing was omitted. After a few Pay-per-views after my original listing, I now have the privilege of sharing my experience of joining the WWE universe at Sam's Town Live.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0Business owner information

I went to Sam's Town Hall for the latest MMA fight and it was the most confusing unorganized event I have ever been too. There were no ushers to assist people to their sitting areas and the sitting areas were not labeled to begin with. People were lost and confused.

If you're thinking of having an event in Las Vegas, Sam's Town has the BEST staff to work with. Garry's team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a successful event. We've held a Hawaiian event the past 5 years and they work with us all year long. Mahalo NUI to the staff!
