This my first online vehicle purchase. I was concerned it wouldn't work out. I ended up taking a chance and emailed them. TJ reached out to me and answered every single question I asked and also answered ones I didn't think to ask. He was VERY thorough with his description. He test drove the Jeep and took a lot of extra photos for me, including crawling underneath it to photograph the frame and components.

The time came for me to make a decision and so I opted to purchase it. The process was incredibly simple and TJ kept me informed of each step. We then setup delivery.

The Jeep was delivered and it looked great! I drove it around and had a blast with it. Then an issue popped up with it and I called TJ. We talked for a bit and he had Davin call me back to discus my options. He took the lead and got the Jeep all squared away. I couldn't be happier and I would refer my family and friends to them. In fact, when my son gets his license, he's considering buying a Jeep and if he does, it'll be from Select Jeeps.

We purchased a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ for my 15 y/o son as a borderline project/daily driver/first vehicle. We had a few issues after having the vehicle at home so I called Matthew Gibson and asked what could be done. After a couple of trips back (tricky rear main seal) to the dealership, they called and said the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, Select Jeeps stated the front calipers seized up on the final test drive so they were repairing that as well. This wasn't my first time to the dealership, but was our first purchase. Every.single.time. we went to Select Jeeps, the customer service has been spectacular to say the least. I got the opportunity to work with Matthew, TJ, and Gavin on our last visit, and we were taken care of like family. Thank you Select Jeeps for everything! We are so very thankful.

I was in the market for a Jeep. I did some research and drove a couple and had an idea I knew what I was looking for. I stopped by Select Jeeps to look around. There wasn't a particular vehicle I was looking at. TJ, a salesman approached and we started a conversation. I asked where the scratch and dent selection was. He took me around back and showed me my Jeep. A 2006 6 speed with 111k miles. It's not the prettiest. Has some scratches. But the motor is strong and it hadn't been messed with too much. I asked how much and the price was reasonable. I learned a lot that day. Select Jeeps charges a bit more for their Jeeps. Reason? They stand behind them. Travis and the other mechanics have fixed 3 different issues that I know of. Thermostat, a fuel issue, and gave me a new gas cap. This is after the sale. A week after the sale. On the day I picked it up I was out in an abandoned lot playing in the mid and hit a can of paint. It went all over the underside and drivers door and rock rail. It was purple paint ona green and black jeep. Travis cleaned what he could and repainted the underside. This was not only above and beyond, they just did it. Yes I was scared off by sticker shock. But actually look at the Jeep. Hear the story and know they will take care of you.

Boy did I get a lemon. 04 Wrangler TJ
6 months in had to put 2500.00 rear end in it. The transmission won't stay in reverse. The third brake light didn't even have wires to it dont know how they got it inspected. The suspension lift needs a total replacement. The speedo and odometer are not correct as with the 33 inch tires it was never recalibrated or gear changed out. Cosmetics were great kinda lipstick on a pig. Wish I had taken it to a mechanic my bad.

This guys sold me a lemon, and I 100% believe they knew it. I bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler about a 1.5 years ago and within 100 miles of driving it the engine light came on... have struggled since and made several trips to the shop. What I came to find out is that when the light is reset, it takes about 100 miles for the computer to rerun the diagnostics. the Vehicle is full of little hacks here and there. wish I did a better job with due diligence and now I'm going to take a massive loss on this vehicle.

I should probably start off by saying that I do not live in Texas. When I contacted Select Jeeps I knew the type of Wrangler I was looking for, and they had just gotten one.

TJ answered all of my questions honestly and quickly. He was very forthcoming about any imperfections I inquired about and sent me photos of everything I requested.
This sale was done 100% over the phone or via email. I had my Jeep delivered to me right to my front door. I have not had to email or call them to ask any questions, but I do feel that I could if I needed to.
I recommend Select Jeeps to anyone looking for a Jeep Wrangler- they have other Jeeps as well, but the Wrangler is my favorite.

I felt zero pressure from the team and I ended up getting the exact Jeep I wanted. I initially spoke to "TJ" over the phone, he was very courteous, unlike the other car salesmen I've dealt with over the years. The manager Gavin or Davin, excuse the name, old age getting to me, gets an A for customer service, heck, so does "TJ"! Just when I had one Jeep picked out, I changed my mind and ended up with another one that suited my style.
