Simi Lube & Oil

A family member suggested I give SL&O a try after my "national chain" oil change place started to have a lot of employee turnover and long waits for their "20 minute" service due to the flood of coupons the send out. I was SUPER HAPPY with my experience. #1 No wait! Mature & professional staff no untrained, minimally supervised "kids". I trust the integrity of this business. I have no reservation about recommending them to you dear reader.

WOW!!! What a great experience. First off I didn't have to even get out of my car!!! The guys were friendly and took me in immediately. Three other places i tried I had to make an appointment that was days out. Not this place. Took care of me within 15 minutes. This little place is a gold find. I highly recommended them!!!!

They did a good job changing the oil, I'm assuming they filled all the other fluids and checked tire pressure according to the check list they gave me, but $79 seemed pretty high to me for a Toyota Highlander. Maybe that's just what it costs these days. What I did resent was being handed the card reader with tip amounts. I tipped 15% because I felt pressured to do so with the attendant standing right in front of me, but why are we tipping someone for doing their job? It's not like a restaurant where the tip depends on the service. Perhaps the employer should just pay them more rather than shifting the burden onto the customer. The final total with tip was $91!

I come here for oil changes, and I like how quick and efficient everything is. I came this morning and there was no wait. They got me in and out within 10 minutes.
The workers are friendly and prices are reasonable.

They try to charge me $105 for a simple oil change on my 2019 grand Cherokee jeep. The Jeep dealership up the street charged me $99. How are these guys charging more than a dealership?! I will never return to this place as it seems like they are just looking to take advantage of anyone coming in. It is sad since everyone is hurting with these times to find businesses like these trying to take advantage of simple working class citizens. I will gladly pay the dealership since they can warranty their work.

Don't come here unless you want to be screwed over.

This is become my go to place for basic automotive needs. They are quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Extremely rude !

I called in and an employee was just straight out rude. Couldn't even ask a question without getting an attitude. Definitely will never spend money here. Worst customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. My husband and I have taken our 3 cars there religiously for over 5 years and things have dramatically changed.

They use to have a rewards program which earn you a free oil change after your 7th oil change. Come to find out they longer have the rewards program and will not honor my free oil change. WOW unbelievable!!

They use to have coupons for $48.99 oil change which they stopped as well. So now I had to pay $70 for just a simple oil change!! WTH is that all about. This place will break your bank.

Time to find another place to get oil changes for all 3 cars. I guess you've just lost a loyal customer.

This place is always ready when you are. The employees are attentive and knowledgable. Always friendly. I use this place as I can't get into the small space beneath my wife minivan. convenient and affordable. You can bring you own Oil and Filter or use theirs. They check the fluids and filters and make recommendations accordingly. There is already other customers there when i visit, i believe that is a good sign of a quality business. These guys a quick and you will see it when you visit. If you looking for a local oil change service this is it. Shop Local and make your community thrive. Give this place a shot they won't disappoint.
