... The 'Personal Care' products section of the store has been noted for having customers 'opening and sampling' the items and then placing the item back on the shelf as if new !
... This is exactly the same as the woman who was caught licking the ice cream in Walmart and then putting it back in the freezer !
... The Manager was alerted to the fact of 'two women' doing this in the Personal Care Section whereby the manager informed this writer of "Oh, I do this, it's no big deal."
... AVOID this store as the behavior exposes everyone to contact related disease, infections and bacteria and virus illness causing ailments.
.. This is putting your life and the life of others at HIGH RISK of many diseases.
STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

This review is mainly for the game card people. Do not buy anything Pokémon, lorcana, sports or whatever card related products you like, that they sell. They either have a worker or distributor opening boxes and packs and resealing them, then putting the product on the self for people to buy. You will lose all your money!

Service - drive up curbside pickup service hospitality very bad. "Thank you for coming in the rain!" was said to myself and two other customers all waiting on items 2/12/2024! I could hear this easily while my window was cracked waiting! One was a mother with small children in the vehicle. The male employee seemed proud of himself for saying this as well? This was in a light drizzle. If Target will not hold employees to basic hospitality standards in the parking lot, then they might need to consider a covered area for pickup or providing better rain gear. When it has rained all day long there is not a good window of time to come when it is not raining. Do the managers here care? For the employee/team member to be this brazen it is clear they feel they can get by with this? How can this be tolerated at a reputable company?

Ah, Target the most average company in America. The store has been a place to find a product or two as I've been on both coasts and there is a dismal sameness about all of the bullseye monotony. If one compares stores, there is a feeling of being in a Sears. The store employees of the closed Sears simply made a march across the city and applied their boring ideas to this store; including the display of tedious clothing and the layout of the racks. This store has therefore turned into a Sears by all shakes of the stick and is about as interesting a Lenin's Tomb. To be quite frank, I've found more energy in a Proctologist Office. Go there, get in and get out fast before Sears gets on you and you fall asleep in the aisles.

I LOVE Target!!! The staff at this location is great and so helpful. The store is clean and well organized too. They have some great quality store brands here and with a Red card and coupons you can really save some money here. On average I really end up paying less here than at WalMart and it's way more fun to shop here plus you don't have to deal with the Walmart crowd or terrible service they offer.

Keep an eye out for the clearance section here too, you can sometimes get some great deals and Target does allow coupons and percent off's to be used on this merchandise as well.

This Target has amazing CustomerCare!! They went out of their way to help us with a Christmas gift for our granddaughter, that we couldn't find anywhere else (except by "scalpers" on Amazon and eBay.). Target has always been one of my favorite stores, but this store in Kingsport, Tennessee is the BEST!

I have always liked this location and shop here often, but have to note that the shelf stocking activity in the mornings is getter later in the morning and overlaps with shopping hours. It is very distracting to have to find a clear aisle that isn't blocked with pallets of products being stocked. Today I was in the Kingsport location around 9:30 am and got only about half of what was on my list. A whole wall of juice and drinks was blocked off by cartons and I couldn't even see the products much less get any. The outdoor furniture aisle had a big wooden pallet blocking an aisle. No employees were around or working in these areas so I couldn't even make that excuse for them. I just started noting that stocking was going on everywhere in the store and I really felt like a real shopper was an intrusion. What happened to stocking at night and leaving aisles open after opening time for customers? On a final note, there were no attended registers so everyone had to do self checkout. Really, do you even want customers?

We are very fond of our local Target. Even though the majority of the staff is continually stocking with a minimum number of check out lanes open, the addition of self-checkout kiosks was a game changer. The drive-up services are phenomenal. Again, it is our target. It is family.

I went to this target for the first time ever today. I cannot say enough nice things about it. It was clean, had a great selection, and wonderful staff. Their clothes for kids are far superior to anything Walmart has. I cannot wait to move to Kingsport so I can frequent this store more often.

I went to this Target store looking for a Honeywell Air Purifier. An employee stopped what he was doing & took me to the correct isle. He was very courteous & nice. I looked them over, picked one out & asked a different employee, a young girl with a cell phone permanently glued to her ear, if the unit I picked out came with air filters already in them. She rudely picked it up & went to ask someone else. She came back & rudely said "We don't know & we can't open the box!!!" While I can completely understand her ignorance, I can not justify this as a reason to be crude, & rude to customers. I said thank you, she never uttered a sound, & she left in a hurry. Attention Target: while your staff may not give a damn if I spend a penny in your store or not, I do have a choice where I shop & rest assured I will never be back in this or any other Target store again.
