On my most recent debt they negotiated down a credit card balance that had been acquired by a 3rd party debt collector who had filed suit right before the expiration of the statute of limitations. Atty. Sam Dehbzorgi and Co. were able to bring the debt down from $9500+ to a settlement of $3000 with an 8 month payment plan!

No judgement, no leins, no garnishments. They did ALL the work, I paid a fee. Saved me a headache and was a stress free experience.

Sam is a bully, he's got a gruff attitude. I asked questions to which his response is "why would you ask that?" I can ask whatever I want if I'm looking to retain your company, cut me off on another question and told me "pay attention" lol.

It was a quick and swift pitch to their "flat" retainer fee. He didn't like that I was asking questions that could allow me to handle the matter myself, these guys will try to walk all over you on your phone call with them. Don't allow it, I spoke with another attorney who was kind and patient, spent 30 minutes on the phone with ideas and advice and wants to review the matter further before signing me to a retainer.

What can I say about this business? All I can say is my stress level went down as soon as I was connected to Sam.
