Just moved to Nevada from California and visited this location for the first time today. I was greeted by Regina. Let her know I had never been to this location before. She helped me with my whole list. Walking me through the store and chatting with me. I felt so welcomed! She was so helpful, personable and kind. I appreciate her taking so much time with me. Thank you Regina!!

I came in for some additional paint that was needed, but I mentioned my lack of excitement over the paint I had used. An associate asked Africa some questions and she started to help me. She was amazing. She gave me a hack to try and remedy my situation. Offered to show me which otpiona were the best and educated me on the advancements of paint. Thank you for having someone so knowledgeable and customer service oriented! I will be back when i need more paint and I hope to see her there again.

Cashier Isabella accused me of not ringing up an item because she did not hear the beep. Unfortunately she assumed something for $13 was too expensive so she tried to project her financial situation on me. She was humbled when the receipt showed not only did I scan the item but I paid already. Sad that no cashiers were working the register to assist customers, but Isabella wanted to assume I didn't scan something because of my race and her own financial insecurities.

I purchased a new toilet from Home Depot. They contact out to Delta Mechanical for the install for a cost. The toilet was $224., the install with removal of the old toilet was $313. I was reluctant to pay such an amount. I'm a Disabled Veteran & I accepted the charge.
A week later he comes, looks in the bathroom & informs me I owe him $50 more over the $313 because the valve looks old. I contacted the company, argued my point & their response was... we don't have to install it. Really? How do I get my $313 + $50 back?

Upon entering the store, I was pleasantly greeted by Alexia... if you were having a bad day, bright her smile, accompanied by her warm voice...would certainly turn your day around! with no hesitation, she asked me what I was looking for because she can tell I had distress in my eyes, and I explained to her I am not a regular in the store and had no clue where the items were. I showed her a few items I had on a different stores app, and she directed me to the correct aisle in a matter of moments.
As I was looking for the items, I could not locate them even though they should have been in this particular location. I walked down a few aisles.... There were no workers available to assist me so I went to the counter where I spoke to Ursula. Ursula's customer service was nothing like Alexis. It was quite clear Ursula did not have her coffee or she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I asked her if she could please have someone come over to aisle 3 for assistance. She said she would call someone. I waited over 25 minutes and no one ever came!!! Be clear she knew I was waiting, she could see me. There were several times we made eye contact. I even did the survivor wave...still no assistance came. I went back over to Ursula because I needed to ask her what her name was. Up until that moment she was dismissive and unconcerned with trying to get someone to help me.
What gave Home Depot a three star review? Alexia she is a phenomenal employee.... They are lucky to have her and when I checked out, she was helping a customer who couldn't use self check out correctly, so I couldn't even get the opportunity to let her know that she enhance my experience.. Most people in this location are wonderful however I bought windows $10,000 worth of windows and they did the absolute worst job on the caulking. I would completely stay away from Home Depot for any kind of window installation. I bought Milgaard windows and they are trying to tell me that the caulking is supposed to look sloppy and messy however, when I google online photos of these windows, the caulking is completely clean. The very first window they did at my house was completely clean and straight and after that they got messy.
They also ended up putting one window in the wrong spot and having to redo it and take it out ...
I think that should have been my red flag. I wouldn't go to Home Depot for anything anymore when it comes to having installation for anything and the sad part is they're not owning up to it. I just want them to fix the mess around my windows. The service in the rental department sucks specially Joshua we were there renting some tools and he is the worst's customer service Homedepot can have.

Absolutely pathetic lazy incompetent service. No associates in the aisles helping customers. Employees just standing around looking at phones and yakking with each other. Asked for help, employee paged to his aisle and after 15 min waiting I gave up. Nobody cared. "I guess he is at lunch" was the response. Asked to speak with manager and was told "he is busy". Wow. This store sucks. Avoid at all costs. Go to Lowe's.

I had the problem of a completely stripped screw while changing the door of a refrigerator. I had tried all the tricks shown on YouTube. But, nothing worked. The company I purchased it from told me to send it back to them and they would make the change for me. But, I would have to pay for the shipping both ways. Then I called and spoke with Rick, one of the managers at Home Depot. He told me to come in and to ask for Regina, his hardware specialist. When I came in, I first met with Ursula who was fantastic. She made sure she understood my issue and relayed it to Regina on the phone. When Regina came up she was already working on solutions to my problem. In addition, Regina called in Ed to assist because my issue was a bit unique. The sample screw I brought in was not one sold in the USA. But, together they worked it all out for me and explained everything in detail. They helped me choose the right products for my needs and they did not try to sell me the most expensive items available. When I returned to the front desk, Ursula and another Regina, who works as one of the front cashiers, made sure I was checked out and that I had all the items I needed. I could not have had better service from anyone. I attributed this fantastic service to Rick. Being a manager is a true test of a trickle down theory. If the manager is amazing like Rick is, his employees will be amazing to their customers. This is the perfect team of excellence at Home Depot and it is why I have been a customer of this store location for more than 21 years now. Thank you Home Depot Team for being so very awesome.
