This is the neighborhood nutrition store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Many name brand products of protein, weight gain powders, vitamins, energy drinks and nutritional treats including peanut butter, chocolate and vanilla freshly blended protein shakes for an average of $8.00 based on the size.

They also offer a good flavor variety of Protein Brownies by Prime Bites, Foodies Protein Cookie and Protein Candy by Anabar. These nutritional treats pack in 16 to 20 grams of protein needed to feed your muscles.

The owners of Total Nutrition have a "people first" approach which keeps customers, like myself, coming back time after time.

I especially love how they do sampling/tastings often so customers can be introduced to the greatest and latest products in the fitness industry.

The first time I went in and they have a great selection. The owners and salesman for friendly and fairly knowledgeable about all of the products they stocked. Although a little pricey they do have a great selection.

Unknowledgeable and unfriendly staff. They sell expired products. My most recent visit was by far the worst yet. This is no longer a business working to serve the customer. The store manager was one of the worst I've dealt with. Needless to say I will refrain from shopping here again and advise others to look elsewhere for there supplement needs.
My most recent experience included me making a trip on my day off to return a protein powder I was allergic to. I entered the store to find a clerk able to help me. I found the manager walking by the front eating. While I talked to him he unprofessionally continued to eat in front of me. He then proceeded to decline any fault in the product and denied any kind of return or store credit only trying to push other products, all while eating. I eventually did research on my own and picked out a product I liked. The same manager, still eating made a sneer remark and completed the transaction. I had been a previous costumer and had hit the $185 threshold to get $10 off my next purchase, as I was told at the time of my last purchase. He denied the discount I had been promised earlier saying I had to use it within two months. I ended up walking out of the store only to walk right back in to return what I had bought. This was by far the worst costumer service I've had to deal with, from a manager non the less. Their prices are not good enough to warrant me ever returning as costumer. It's a shame as I've watched this place go down hill fast. Plus, they no longer give a good amount of free sample. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else for supplements.

Very knowledgable about the latest products. It seems as though they have everything. I have not gone and not found what I was looking for. The shakes are nutritious, tasty and fast. They remember you, giving great advise and reasonable prices. Highly recommend for all people looking for nutritional guidance not only the conditioned athlete.

Great place to shop for your protein needs the total nutrition smoothie's are the best I recommend you go and get one if you ever get the chance to go inside. Employe's seem to be in a great mood and always help you out with whatever you need . I'm going here for everything I need from now on and you should defiantly check it out you won't be sorry at all!!

Total Nutrition has everything you need for your health kick. The owners are really helpful and nice. The smoothies are great and yummy. And the prices are really good. If your ever in the Weston area definitely check this place out.

I live in Hollywood and get all my vitamins from here. The owners are amazing. Always go above and beyond to help you with any of your needs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Their shakes are delicious and they have everything I need. Definitely worth the trip no matter where you live!!

This place is excellent the owners are very knowledgable and helpful . What I was most impressed about was the fact they did not try to push products. I would absolutely recommend to anyone .
