I've visited this Ulta twice now and I absolutely recommend it! I hadn't been to Ulta is YEARS! But a friend of mine began working there as a stylist, Valeka. Valeka is absolutely remarkable. She's sweet, funny and incredibly good at what she does. And that's not just because she's my friend. She's so good, in fact, that I'm willing to drive 50 mins one way to have her do my hair. I wouldn't dare let anyone else touch my hair, lol. All I have to do is tell her what I want my hair to look like and she'll research it. Or give her a picture and she'll ask you questions to tailor the hair to your perfect desires. She's also over all knowledgeable about beauty products and such. I needed a Red lipstick and she was able to recommend one to me that all the Ulta girls wear! And I loved it! So ladies of Salisbury - if you're in need of a stylist, go see Valeka asap!!!!!

I do not recommend their salon, look at pictures of the stylist work before you end up regretting your hair. I called asked who could cut it. The said "oh David is the best" The BEST to you see my hairline. I should've asked for their worst. The biggest regret of my life. I hate when people know they don't have the skills like Atlanta stylist etc but instead of humbling themselves and advising you of another salon their pride will jack you UP EVERY TIME

I was treated very poorly at the Ulta store in Salisbury tonight by the MANAGER! I can't believe she was so condescending while smiling to my face the whole time! I'm not her sweetie, honey and I'm not 5 years old so she didn't need to talk to me like I was. I did an online pickup and they didn't have my full order. I was trying to keep my $10 online discount but the manager wasn't interested in making it right to help me. She passed me off to 1-800 # and I ended up getting my money back for what they did have of my order. I walked out of the store unhappy and irritated. I received an Ulta text saying my order was picked up, which it was not. So when I walk back in the store to question that, I found the MANAGER mocking me and talking about me to her co workers! I actually stood in line and listened in shock and was angered even more. When I confronted her about it, she did not care in the least! I asked her about the text and she just said "I'm sorry sweetie"....OMG....Grrrr!!

I needed an appointment last minute for a Keratin treatment. I called Ulta I was asked if I could come in right then. I went and I was taken care by NNEKA. She did an awesome job I highly recommend her. She took her time and was very sweet. I will go back again.

This is not the kind of store that I find thing easily on my own. It is mostly geared toward items designed to be used by a female. I was there to get a specific gift for my daughter. They had two salespersons on the floor assisting shoppers. I got really good help today. The lady took me straight to the items I was looking for. The checkout process was painless. The cashier was friendly. She even helped me find a 20% coupon in the sales flier.
The store is brightly lit and very clean. It is organized into sections. They have a salon in the back of the store. They have a lot of makeup. They even have oral care items. I expect this store to get busy as the holiday's near. It is just packed with holiday gift items. I visited the Ulta store in salisbury NC,
A last minute decision to get my hair highlighted and trimmed. The lady that I got was Amber Joyce.. Not very friendly or inviting. Hate this because I've previously loved this store it just has went down hill rather quickly. I would rather go to Sephora at this point and don't mind the travel considering the conditions of this particular Ulta and it being the higher end make up store near me. Anywho carry on

Purchased an item that had to be ordered. Sales person did not inform me that not only was my card charged at the time of purchase but was also charged again when the item shipped. Supposedly the duplicate charge is credited back but this has not happened yet. If you made a large purchase this could cause an overdraft with the bank. Poor business practice.

Haircut services were atrocious. I was charged $40 for a greased uo shampoo/conditioner and for 1/4 inch cut off my hair when I asked for 4 inches. The hairdresser said he didn't want me to regret cutting my longer hair. Will never return.

I needed to get my brows waxed, and Tonya did such a great job. She's been doing brows for over 30 years, and she's amazing. I explained what I wanted and she went through a realistic explanation on how to both style and maintain it. She's super nice, gentle, and all-around wonderful. I really recommend her if you're on the fence about waxing.
