Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Kids love this place. It's fun with lots of activities. A couple of tables were broken and they didn't seem to have enough staff to have every area open together, but they did switch and ran them all at different time periods.

My granddaughter had her 9th birthday party and the service was excellent our host Lucy and the manager Justin was on top of the game making sure my granddaughter birthday was the BEST. Thank you for everything. We will be BACK.....

I just needed to spend a minute to say how wonderful this staff was at urban air. Simply put when you considering all the different businesses and services around. I don't see anybody trying as hard to please. The customer is I saw the other night with the staff helping us for their daughter's birthday party. Tika&Marcell stood out. Thank you!!

Unethical business practice.
I was a guest at a party recently and came to Urban Air for the first time with my two teenage sons. My friends who hosted got a discounted rate of $15 per person for the group.

Later that night, I was told that the hosts were actually charged and forced to pay for several of the adults, including myself.

I think this is very poor business practice, especially if it wasn't told to the party hosts that they would be forced to pay for people, especially parents, who were not educated on the policy- I certainly wasn't. My sons are teenagers so clearly it would not have been necessary for me to pay to participate since I sat in the party room the entire time.

Our friends (hosts of the party) were forced to pay for my ticket, and it wasn't included in a contract. This seems not only unethical, but illegal.

I emailed them 2x via the website and have not gotten a response. I would appreciate a response.

Side note- the place was nice inside and clean- but the rudeness in the end from the owner was just too much.

I booked my daughter's birthday party for a Friday night. We got there and three of the attractions were closed. We paid top dollar for low end service. I was disappointed and will never book here again. They started cleaning up with w0 minutes left of our party. Admin was young adults. Worthless

Urban air is so much fun!but it is way better when you don't get hurt I personally got hurt but it wasn't urban air is fault it was my fault I just wasn't careful enough so parents don't think that urban air is not a fun place because kids get hurt because it is really fun

Very disrespectful managers and staff, I had chicken tenders made and the meat was still not cooked. Very dirty bathrooms. Dirty socks everywhere. I told the manager about an incident that happened and he told me to give him a second and he walked outside to go smoke. Cafe workers had on no gloves. Very foul play.

Great time. Me and my daughters came along with my granddaughter on a Saturday night. Not too crowded but definitely a good value

I was not pleased with the service there. There was trash on the trampoline, extremely long lines, and warnings of recent people getting sick in the bathrooms. There were socks in the bathroom and lockers! There are also no healthy food options. There are no kids over 7 allowed in the play area. My 10 year old son was kicked off by a new rude security officer they got. My son is on the shorter side and was not being rude to the other kids. When we got hungry there was a line of almost 10-20 people and no where to sit! I will not be taking my son there again.

So my daughter lost her keys and her wallet last night here the manager who is pictured here put my daughter out last night before close and would not give me her name then told her she can come back and look again today. But when we returned today they told her in order to look for her keys she would have to pay $25 to look for her keys and wallet because it's not thier fault she lost them so she needs to pay to enter. So because they are franchised business they gave me the owners number who's name is Sloan Ledford at the number 513-953-9560 and she was so nasty to me on the phone there is no way to go over her head. The type of customer service that I have received from them was the worst I have experienced. After all of this happened the manager name Ashley that was on duty today called the police and said i was a threat to their business and 5 police cars pulled up on me and my child and threatened to arrest us. I was at no time ever disrespectful or use any foul language or show any type of aggression toward any of the staff. I was sitting in my vehicle to long so that's why the manager said we were a threat!
