Really good food! I like the wraps they sell, and the steak was pretty good too!

Prices are cheap and the service is great, really nice place for friend gatherings nice open space inside.

This is a great place to grab a tasty salad or wrap if you're in Huntsville. It's about 15 minutes away from the airport and easy to find. We ordered two sandwiches, a wrap, and the chicken salad. The food was very fresh and was prepared very quickly. The star was the chicken salad which comes on a. Bed of greens with fresh fruit and a citrus vinaigrette- it was so yum! The veggie sandwich was lacking and was mostly red onions - not enjoyable at all. My nieces really enjoyed the bacon/ham wrap and steak sandwich that they ordered. Friendly service. A solid place!!!

Awesome place to eat service is fantastic food is great. If your walking around bridge street and don't want an hour wait here's your place

My work gets Urban Cookhouse catered for meetings sometimes. It's always been just 'Ok' so I decided to check them out for lunch with my wife and kid and give them a sit down shot.

My restaurant experience was pretty meh. $45 for lunch for 3 people. It's a fast casual place that's very busy due to the nearby Arsenal. We ordered quickly and got our food quickly. I got the Lime Marinated Steak and Rice, wife got the fresh fruit and chicken salad, kid got the chicken strips.

The best part of the Lime Marinated Steak and Rice was the rice. It was great. Sadly, a small portion. The 1/4th of a roll they gave me was also good. The steak was.. not good. It was served with peppers and onions and reeked of char.. like they used liquid smoke and soaked it. I gave a piece to the wife and she said the same thing without any input from me. There were no char marks on the outside. Peppers and onions were soggy. Salad was regular and unremarkable.

Wife's fruit and chicken salad was OK. I thought the chicken salad tasted like mayo with a little salt. No fruit elements or other additions. There was a bunch of fruit on the plate (grapes, pineapple, melon etc) which was good, but the melon had a dirt taste. My wife said she wouldn't come back here and usually she's pretty forgiving.

Kid's chicken strips were not breaded (healthy!) but over cooked and a tad dry. She was not enthused. Came with fruit.

Not worth the price of admission and there are way better options nearby. Pick somewhere else.

Had lunch here this week. Always an engaged, accommodating staff. Very clean and well-run restaurant. Turkey pesto sandwich was excellent.

Normally, I look forward to visiting Urban Cookhouse on my trips to Huntsville, mainly because their Alabama white BBQ sauce is some of the best I have ever had! Unfortunately, portion size has decreased significantly since the past several times I went, to the point where I left unsatisfied.

The reason I didn't score UC lower is that the flavors are great. The chicken is seasoned and grilled well. The white BBQ sauce is peppery and zesty with a bit of heat. The cheddar pasta is creamy and not grainy and the broccoli salad has a sweet and crunchy component.

I understand rising food costs but as much as I enjoy the flavor of the sandwich, I hesitate to go back because it's difficult to shell out nearly $20 for a glorified slider, small side, and drink.

We really enjoyed our visit to Urban Cookhouse. You enter and go to the left to order at the counter. The line moved relatively quickly during a busy Saturday, and the person taking our order at the front was friendly. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside.

I got the chicken salad sandwich with broccoli salad as my side. The chicken salad was creamy and well mixed. I thought it was delicious! There was no strong Mayo taste. It came with lettuce and tomato. Both seemed fresh. And I thoroughly enjoyed the wheat bread it came on.

The broccoli salad was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed it! It has the perfect amount of dressing mixed in. The sweetness was mild and was balanced out by the crunchy bacon. I want to try to replicate this at home. It was that good!

I would definitely choose to return for a quick, fresh meal. They appear to have a lot of great options to choose from.

One thing that I love about Urban Cookhouse, is their menu, different from your regular fast food places, awesome crafted shakes, juices and HEALTHY!

Daytrip to Huntsville for Orvis, needed lunch and folks highly recommended this place, great food, locally owned, etc. Ordered the Pepper Patch salad w/ lime marinated steak and the jalapeno vinaigrette..wow, now I know why it was recommended!! Outstanding salad, one of the best!!
